Everything was what we expected, have stayed there before and plan on making it the main place we stay each time we visit Norman, OK.

Problem had was a light bulb was out and mentioned it couple time to front desk, but it wasn't replaced. Wasn't a serious problem, but just an annoyance because it sat next to the sofa. The other problem was the breakfast, first morning we stayed there. No orange or apple juice, many of the food items was very minimal, (bread, bagel, etc.) and had to tell them no pancake batter was there. Second morning was better, appears that their supplies arrived for the second day.

Location is great..close to restaurants, shops, about 10-15 to OU. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Digital cmheck-in, check-out, and keys with app. My husband said the breakfast selection was good & tested it out both mornings. Easy parking Easy in and out.

The beds in our room had squeaky springs- a very minor irritation. The a/c was the old school by the window and although on continuous fan it would cycle. Cool off, get almost too warm, cool off, get warm, which made it a little hard to sleep but it wasn't terrible.

The staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

The choices for breakfast were not good. Only bread to toast. Sausage was turkey and not pork as labeled. Eggs seem to be fake. It seemed to be all unhealthy choices. Yogurt was also high in sugar. There was no diet choices for soda in snack bar. We walked next door to Marriott to buy some.

Clean and fresh

Breakfast was terrible on all days. Juice machine was usually out of product. Eggs were always cold and watery. Did not have whole milk. Would only let TV in eating area be on the Weather Channel. For these reasons probably will not stay there again.

The location was great and easy to get to. It was across the street from the venue we were there for. Everything was clean and tidy and in great shape and everything worked as it should.

The breakfast was not that good. Was that really sausage? Also the sheet on the bed seemed like it might be for a full size and not a queen.

I love this property’s location. It was perfect for a weekend visit to OU. The room was well appointed and very comfortable

At the time of our stay, they had just opened. This isn’t a dislike just an observation…some of the finishing touches, such as caulking, still needed to be done.

Facility location was very quiet. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend, which was quiet and peaceful. The room was also nice and cold which we love!

Victoria and Kayla! Best ever! Both went above and beyond for an elderly lady traveling alone. Thank you both beautiful ladies!

Beds are nice

Didn't realize pets are allowed on every floor. I had a whimpering dog next door ALL EVENING AND NIGHT. Good beds are not woth that to me! See ya!

Clean, friendly staff

Breakfast was just ok, we've stayed there before and every room has a toilet seat issue, it's always very loose. Also we didn't have enough towels initially but it was taken care of.
