they only gave us 3 small pillows for a king bed and didn’t have extra pillows. plus there was no smoke detector in our room. just a hole in the ceiling where 1 used to be

How close Bricktown was. The add that led me there. The ac in the room.

No pool No breakfast No discount No electricity in the bathroom The facilities smelled awful Staff was not friendly Staff put our room by doors that did not work temporarily... no common sense No vending machine I would tell a friend to pay 140 for anything better. Anything.

Shower faucet doesnt work right. Vagrants working the neighborhood. Advertised they were in bricktown. Not so. Softdrink machine took 3.00 dollats.lady behind desk disappeared. No breakfast not as advertised. Hallway smelled like cats.

The front desk lady was nice.

Here we go. First, this place is two hotels in one. So it was kind of confusing when we pulled up to a parking lot with a sign that had a banner for Baymont, a banner for Days Inn, and a building that said Clarion Inn & Suites. Second, our first room at Baymont had no AC. The unit was there, but it was unplugged because someone had installed a new outlet (not professionally) that did not match the plug to the AC unit. So we get to room #2, and we can’t open the door because the privacy lock was in place. Came to find out that the toilet was out of commission. They didn’t have anymore rooms on the Baymont side of the building, so they moved us to a Days Inn room. The ceiling was cracked, two of the three pillows were very dingy, and there was a dirt and mascara stain on one of the pillow cases. I had to put on of my shirts over the pillow to use as a pillow case because the pillow was obviously not clean. Third, the pool (closed) looked like something you’d see at an old, abandoned hotel. It was drained, but had a good three feet of rain water and green/brown gunk in it. Fourth, there are a bunch (I counted 5) of homeless panhandlers at the intersections next to the hotel. Fifth, the hotel smelled gross… I had to hold my breath every time I walked past one of the trash cans. Due to being so uncomfortable and disgusted by the hotel, we would’ve almost preferred to sleep in our truck in the parking lot. We considered trying to move to a different hotel, but I was told I would not receive a refund if we canceled our reservation, and I didn’t really want to be out $118.18. Thankfully, it was just a one night stay, so we sucked it up and made it work for the night. We will not be back.
