property is very nice and the beds are so comfortable and the desk staff are very nice.

the worker in the kitchen is rude. I was back and forth from the hospital with my mom all night got very little sleep and I went down at 9:35 to get breakfast. I didn’t realize that it was over at 9:30 or I would have tried to get up earlier because the free breakfast really helps because of all the expenses I have piling up between the hotel for the night, gas and food while I am here. I was entering the breakfast area when she started hollering at me across the hallway that breakfast was over at 9:30. I am exhausted so I may be overreacting but she didn’t need to holler and be so rude about it.

The breakfast had many options, including take and go items. Those were easy for us to grab and eat on the go and eliminated us making an extra stop on the road. The location was right of the highway and easy to access.

I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but I must have clicked on the wrong line at booking.com. It was hard not to hear the noises of people and dogs coming and going outside in the parking lot.

I don’t have any “dislikes” but I do have a suggestion. Add a second washer/dryer puts small bench or a couple of chairs to sit on while waiting for your laundry. My aunt and I sat on the floor outside of the room while waiting for our clothes. Luckily her and I are able to pass the time laughing and being silly but it would have been more comfortable not sitting on the floor. So there is no dislikes but just a suggestion.

The breakfast was good. We had scrambled eggs (with salsa), a sausage patty, a fresh waffle, tea, coffee and juice. We enjoyed it. The kitchen staff person was friendly and accommodating. It was convenient to have breakfast at the hotel because it saved us money and time.

The TV service was not the best. Navigating through the channels was slow. The channel selection was limited.

Location was nice, breakfast was very good. Multiple choices on breakfast bar. Having the free shuttle service to the Bricktown area was great! We didn't get lost and it saved some money for all the parking fees.

We had to ask for hangers in our closet. there was no counter space in the bathroom to place our items on.

Very close to medical center. Was able to book last minute for a great rate. Great coffee and comfy bed.

Bathroom sink would not drain whatsoever, and wish the spa was working but other than that it was great

There was too much light coming in around the curtains way too early in the morning. Make it were you can block the outside light out more.

The front desk kids were nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

The kids at the front desk told us we could use the shuttle for Bricktown and it would be avail as late as 12am. We called for a ride back at 10:00 only to be told that they stopped running at 8pm. The young lady at the front desk said she would try to find a ride but never called us back. When we realized we were left to our own devices we called an Uber.

It was close to the OU MEDICAL CENTER and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and we will use it again if we ever have to be up there for any reason.

close to Brick Town without Brick town prices. Property is newer so not run down.

It was disconcerting to drive up to the hotel and see all the construction trucks and sand/dirt piles out front.
