So quiet. I heard children as I walked in the hall and they were my neighbor but when I got into my room, I did NOT hear them. It was wonderfully quiet.

This is my third stay in 4 weeks. This time they did not have fresh fruit at breakfast. The nice lady said they would have it tomorrow. The last 2 times I have stayed they did not have a box of tissues, and she said they haven't had them for a week. My first stay I had a frying pan, which I used. This room did not have any pans, yet it had a 2- burner cooktop. I hope these things do not mean they are not keeping it up to par.

The location was perfect! It's very close to downtown attractions. Right off the highway with nearby gas stations, fast food and a Greyhound bus station down the street. We were also happy to see that the property had security that drove around the parking lot. The breakfast was also a plus!

Maybe the decor in the rooms could be a little updated. The water in the bathroom sink and tub drained slow. We didn't like that the room above us apparently had a pet dog that we could hear running back and forth throughout the night while we were sleeping and also early in the morning.

Sarah was the nicest person we met including the two shuttle drivers Buddy and I can't think of the other man's name but all three was super nice.

The towel and wash rag situation was a nightmare my wife and I was there two nights and we had to use the same two towels and one wash rag the whole time I did ask for some more but never received them the microwave that's over the stovetop something was bad wrong with it we warmed some food and it instantly started popping and zapping sparks and that's when we noticed the small microwave on the counter the bad one should of been unhooked or a sign put on it that said do not use our room # 306 just in case you didn't know it was bad.

Most of the staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful . Loved having the little store.

When we first checked into our room, I picked up a pillow on bed to put behind my back in chair and found a fairly large body fluid stain. We called desk they sent housekeeping right up, but when she was done, she accused us of making stain ourselves. We told her we didn't and she told us we needed to confess to it or someone would get written up. We explained again that we were not that kind of people. She made us feel guilty about something we did not do, and she left in a huff. Not a good start to our stay.

The hotel is clean and all the staff is very friendly. The elevators were quick, and the rooms having a kitchenette were perfect. The room is a very good size, and we really appreciate having two chairs in the room. The shower had great water pressure and is a good size. The breakfast offering was very nice with both hot and cold options. We went down during the later time, and it was still well stocked. This is our favorite room of any we have stayed at in OKC and will definitely stay here the next time we are in the city.

Everything was good.

The location was great about 5 minutes drive to Bricktown where we wanted to visit. The breakfast was sufficient. It had a good selection. They even had bacon! The room was very clean and the sheets smelled good. The bed was firm and they had enough pillows. The room would also be good for long term guests because the kitchen had all the essentials. They had a big ref, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses and pans.

The only thing I didn't like is that the water builds up in the tub when you shower.

It was clean, staff were very helpful. It was a very good value for the price! A dishwasher and dishes, a stovetop, a full refrigerator. A very nice breakfast included. A shuttle to Bricktown. We were there to visit our Daugter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. We plan to visit about twice a year and we wil be definitely be staying there as much as possible.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

What a great hotel for the price using Booking.com. The room had a little kitchen set up included a medium size fridge, sink, some dishes to use, and a electric stove. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed.

The only down sized was there was no hot water. I left the water run for a little bit to see if it came out. Unfortunately it did not work. Only got to low warm.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchenete was very nice to have. The lamps were movable, they weren't bolted down. No house keeping unless requested. Tap and go room door locks.

Toilet seat was the really cheap plastic. You had to hold the seat up otherwise it would fall down. Room was not very bright, bulbs could be somewhat higher in wattage. Kitchen hand towels not very good, not absorbent. Hallway carpet needs replaced, very worn. Only one elevator working.

Great location, amazing value for the spacious room - you could be comfortable there for a long time due to the above average kitchenette area. I loved the large amount of desk area as well, that would be great for someone on a work trip.

The microwave door handle was broken and jagged, so it was really difficult to open safely. I wanted to take a bath but there was no bathtub (only a shower). The food at breakfast was just okay, even for a hotel breakfast, and the hot foods were cold.
