The price was great and it's decent for the area. I've been here before and I like the place simply because it's a Historical landmark.
I did however find roaches occasionally and bought some HotShot and got rid of them.

They always had the pool open and available. Water pressure in shower was good.
We had a room in the back of the hotel, which was fine. We preferred that, but you have to go all the way to the office for ice. None of the ice machines worked.

One of the only hotels that had their pool open which is one of the amenities we were looking for. The continental breakfast was closed because of covid, but there was a nice restaurant next door. Overall it was a good experience.
There could have been more lighting in the courtyards. Can't think of anything else that I didn't like. We had a good stay at this hotel.

I love their staff they’ve always been so nice and helpful even when I forgot something after I checked out they let me go get what I forgot but they were so good to us there
I booked two rooms there, the one room was great and quiet all thru the night, but the other one were by people who were loud and outside all night and kept the our small children up and frightened but other than that everything else was fine,

I got a nonsmoking room and it still smelled Smokey. It smelled worse if the air conditioner was turned on. They threaten you with a $250 for smoking in these rooms but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

Would have at least offer clean toilet and make the bed.
Only thing was they didn't clean while we was there and was there for 4 days. We had to ask for clean towels and trash bags and soap.
