Staff was great, made up big time for a horrible experience at a previous hotel. Very helpful, went out of their way to make sure our two rooms were as close as possible with as full as they were. Quick check in process and easy to find our rooms. Clean, fairly quiet, good sized rooms.

Floors were very cold since they were tile but we had the heat in the room up to 74. Other than that, room was great and served its one night purpose.

there was, unfortunately, a mild roach infestation. I encountered 2 to 3 a day, on average during my stay. They stayed away from my bed so I just dealt with it for the few days I was there. The 2nd floor walk way was in rough shape. I needed affordable accommodations and that’s what I got

The rooms were nice for the value. I liked that I was able to move to a downstairs room close to the laundry because I stayed for a week or longer. The staff seemed friendly and professional and willing to help whenever I needed it.

The location is a little sketchy. Not the best part of town however it is located next to some restaurants and gas stations which is convenient. There were several times housekeeping did not service my room when I was expecting to get service which they normally do every other day but they missed several days which I wasn't too happy about.

Not charging a 25 dollar service fee to check in at 7am because I had booked my hotel At like 1 in the morning guy at the counter told me on the phone you can check in rn & it gave me an option of what time I would be arriving I clearly pressed 1-2am so a refund of 25 on my card would be nice

Kind and accommodating~

First, night ... Disabled + Service Shower leaked downstairs while showering upstairs. Sprinkler leak Repair Gone wrong~. Miscommunication... In/out of shower threex. With Bathtub.. 😩. Next, room great,! Walk*in Shower. Very Accommodating... Will Return 100% AQ Nationals-Photographer

This is a really nice motel with friendly staff. I liked almost everything about it. My room was large and clean. Cold AC, microwave, fridge and an iron. A nice modern TV and a comfortable bed with good pillows. It's a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. I enjoyed it.

My only concern was the suspicious people I saw around this area everyday.

Young man at front counter was very nice and helpful, especially when I left my card on accident at the front desk. He actually had someone personally bring it to my room! What a guy, just wish I remembered his name. Dark handsome well spoken young man.

The people that work in the office and the house keepers are the best. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A LOT of traffic( drugs and prostitutes) hanging out in front of the rooms day and night but real bad at night ...but I guess that's everywhere idk. It's location for sure.
