good location, clean hotel and friendly staff

had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly.. told the staff and instead of fixing the toilet they just gave my a plunger.. I was on vacation, I didn’t expect I would be out to work

I workout daily so the one treadmill was functional. The other was not. Medicine balls nice but hard to use in such a small space.

Only 2 sets of dumbbells (20# and 25#’s) which were too heavy to use. No towels in space to use. No sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. No water cooler or fountain either. Maybe get a few lighter sets of dumbbells too. Like 5# and 10#. Maybe provide exercise mats as well

What I like was the location, the one bedroom king suite was spacious, clean, two tv’s, a bath with a separate walk in shower, then separated from the bathing area was the toilet. The hot breakfast really took it up a notch.

My only suggestion would be to improve the WiFi. It would freeze, then start buffering, then freeze again. My wife and I both turned off our Wi-Fi and used our data the whole time we were there.

There were 2 showers in our King bed suite (our daughter used the cushions from the couch to sleep in one of them) and the suite is HUGE!!! It was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and my mom. The accessibility for my mom walking with a walker was perfect in the room and bathroom because it was such a spacious area. The living area had a pullout couch and its own tv, so we were all able to stay comfortably, but shut the door to sleep if my mom watched tv all night. There was also accessibility from the bedroom or living area to the restroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and helpful.

The pool is small and not all the ice machines were working. The microwave and fridge are small, but I guess that is standard size for most hotel rooms. They were just very small in comparison to this room. Those weren’t game changers for us though.

Clean and very friendly staff! My car wouldn’t start when we checked out and they were very helpful. One of the maintenance men helped me get it started! I wish I would’ve gotten his name. All I know is I was sitting by the pool drinking coffee that morning and he was the one cleaning the pool! Very nice friendly man!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, good breakfast.

We had a corner room on the fourth floor next to the roadway and a convenience store. Could hear traffic at all hours but was able to tune it out. Next time would ask for a room away from traffic

It was clean. The bed was very comfy. The colors in the room were very uplifting and was a boost to ones spirit.

The front desk woman barely looked up from her computer and looked like she was half asleep. And the way the desk was set up was not very secure or private.

The room was clean and cozy. The receptionist was nice. Hotel well kept.

Did not like how you could here people talking at all hours of the night and vehicles running outside. Im a light sleeper though.

The location was nice right by the expressway. The staff was amazing and the room was huge. The bathroom was really huge also. The hotel itself was nice. The lobby decor was really bright and vibrant and setup nice. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

I didn’t like the bed mattresses or the pillows. My neck had a crook in it from the pillows and my back was hurting from the mattresses.

Full hotel, but not noisy. Had our 2 dogs. 1 time 40. Pet fee Breakfast was great. Eggs cheese waffles bacon sausage hash browns biscuits and gravy cereal juice fruit yogurt.
