The location was great and it was a clean hotel.

I wish we would have know that breakfast was served only Monday through Friday. That was very disappointing.

The hotel is always clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and caring. I can’t remember the receptionist name the night of the 14th, but we got a late start and checked in late, after 10 pm. She helped us a ton knowing we had two younger kids coming and made sure we got checked in and had everything we needed for the night. Thank you for being such a sweet and amazing person!

We had a room next to us with pets. Not against hotels that allow pets, I love that. But they barked a lot during the nights and woke us up a few times. It would be neat if the hotel had a section that the walls were a little thicker to make it easier for the dogs, so they wouldn’t get startled as easy with the doors closing heavily

Loved the location right off of the highway, with adequate and safe parking for the UHAUL we were driving. Was thrilled to discover that the pool was open so late as we thoroughly enjoyed it after a long drive. Breakfast was very good for a chain hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Wifi...as we are traveling internationally, we are dependent on Wifi when we reach our destinations and although we loved our room on the fourth floor on the corner, the WIFI did not.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was nice and friendly, particularly the woman in the breakfast room. Once we figured out how the roads worked, there were lots of local services. The entryway was attractive. We greatly appreciated the luggage racks.

One.morning desk staff member was rude and acted like we were bothering her. it was way too far from I-40. There was a ton of floor space in the room, but no sofa or table. Just empty space. Also, I know it's common for businesses to use the captive Wi-Fi protocol but that made it impossible to use my sleep sound device that requires direct Wi-Fi to work. That was annoying.

Overall everything met my expectations. The front desk staff was attentive, the hot water in the shower was perfect, the bed was amazing, the tv worked, the breakfast was good as expected amd the contactless checkout was a plus for me. I loved how checkout time is 12n instead of 11am. I was so tired after I checked in, a tornado could have come through and I probably wouldn’t have noticed.

So, I am not sure if this has anything to do with it but the bathroom doesn’t have a good exhaust because it still felt humid in the bathroom later that night even though I showered with the door open. Also, when I got back from breakfast, I noticed the sort rank smell on the carpet in the room. It wasnt horrid but it was there, I smelled it. I didn’t notice it when I checked in but I was super tired so as I mentioned it wasn’t horrid. The cleaning ladies do not speak English. I know they were speaking about me as I do know a little Spanish to get around.

The room was neat and clean, and rather large. Everything was well kept and in good condition despite being a bit dated in appearance. The bed was comfortable.

The room was huge but the use of the space was strange. It seemed like there used to be a living room in the room but the couch must've been removed and then they threw a mismatched chair in it's place. That seemed strange to me. Otherwise, it was fine enough and comfortable. The TV could be larger given the size of the room but really seems a minor complaint.

We discovered this hotel years ago, and have tried to stay here every time we are in the city. It's a great location, has tons of shopping and eating places nearby. It is also close by to wherever you want to go in the city. Staff is always friendly, it's always clean, no homeless people loitering around in parking lot. The value is great. Breakfast has a wide variety and keep it stocked constantly. Been to several hotels where if it's about 30 minutes til over, they don't bring anymore food out. Not here, they bring more out up to closing. They stay open longer on weekends (10:30, not 10 like most places) Checkout is noon, not 11:00. They just make you feel welcomed. King suite is what we try to get. Big and spacious, kitchen area, 2 tvs, and bedroom is separate from everything else, so parents can have privacy if they have kids with them. The value is great. Comfy beds, lots of pillows, and clean. There are plenty of outlets everywhere in the room.

No complaints about anything

Room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had everything from cereal to eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice, ect. The pool was heated and clean. Workout room was nice! The house cleaning and breakfast ladies were the best and friendly. They made our stay that much more comfortable. A lot nicer ladies than the front desk staff. So kudos to the cleaning staff. Great job ladies! Didn’t speak much English but we got through the communication barriers.

Washer and dryers had issues and so had to keep going to the front desk to get quarters back which was annoying because the morning front desk raised her voice with my 7 year old daughter like we were trying to get over on the machines when clearly it’s an issue they deal with when the machines get full. Not very polite front desk service like I said before. Good thing they hire good help to do the real and hard work around there. They are definitely more friendly. I am all about great customer service because that’s what I do for a living. So when you deal with people who are helping keep you employed be a bit more friendly like your staff is.

This was my second stay here during the month. Property is very affordable rates compared to other properties in the area. Check-in handled in just a few minutes, Plenty of parking in front, free breakfast with meal, small lobby waiting area in front of check-in counter, ground floor laundry room, gym and indoor pool. Rooms are a spacious but a bit spartan. Furnishing is simple but fine. Bathroom fixtures worked just fine, shower water pressure good, importantly bed was comfortable. Room comes with ironing board, iron, hair-dryer, microwave. A/C, TV, lighting all work just fine.

Wifi was poor in our 4th floor rooms. Same problem as my stay earlier in the month. Very difficult to check emails from the laptop and regularly booted offline. Using mobile phone was a bit better but still quite poor. Worked better down in the breakfast room on the 1st floor.

Had a couple of short stays at the Country Inn by Radisson on W. Memorial Rd in OKC recently. They offer very affordable rates compared to other properties in the area. Reservations made through booking.com, payments processed on location, check-in handled in just a few minutes. This Country Inn is typical of roadside hotels. Plenty of parking in front, free breakfast with meal, small lobby waiting area in front of check-in counter, ground floor laundry room, gym and indoor pool. Rooms are a spacious but a bit spartan. Furnishing is simple but fine. Bathroom fixtures worked just fine, shower water pressure good, importantly bed was comfortable. Room comes with ironing board, iron, hair-dryer, microwave. A/C, TV, lighting all work just fine.

The Wifi was unstable and overall quite poor, had a lot of trouble staying online, took a long time to check emails while in my 4th floor room during both stays. Seemed to work better but not perfectly on the g. round floor.
