Evening staff were very nice. Room had full size appliances and fully stocked with paper products. Lots of time to get breakfast in the morning (breakfast is from 6am-10am). Clean.

The biggest thing was their omelets! Some of us do NOT eat pork products and they didn't have ANYTHING labeled. I ended up getting omelets with bits of ham in them! They also serve the vegetarian omelets next to the ones with the ham! Beds were hard and need updated. They gave us a room next to the elevator which gets a lot of foot traffic and noise. Walls are thin and you could hear what's going on in the room next door and hear the elevator everytime it rings. I think the price is a little high for this kind of room.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfasts were above and beyond the usual hotel breakfast set up. My room was clean and comfortable, stylish.

I parked in the back parking lot and entered through the pool/rear entrance. It was dirty and the trees were dying.

We have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. It was actually recommended by a physician’s group I had an appointment with. We now return for pleasure and shopping. This hotel is always spotless. You can walk to the mall, excellent restaurants, and other shopping venues. The service is outstanding and the breakfast is delicious. Parking is also free.

The maid and facilities crew took good care of the property and rooms.

We stayed in multiple rooms over a lengthy stay. One room had a strange AC repair instead of a replaced unit as you would expect. There were some dogs in rooms that were obviously big and not happy to be cooped up (barking). I don’t fault the staff though.

Nice location away from the busy street but still close to lots, room was huge, bed was comfy, grounds were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. HUGE kitchen better equipped than my kitchen at home!

The suite has a private room but the bathroom is in that room, so if anyone is on the couch bed then your room is no longer private. Not really anything that can be helped though!

Very friendly and helpful staff . Realy good breakfast for american hotels of same rating . All fairly clean and in order .

Nothing what we did not like , it is a bit outdated appliances etc , but for this rating it is fully match our expectations

Very clean Having 2 separate bed & bath were nice

Reserved a King room and a room with 2 queens, but was unavailable when we arrived, so used sofa bed, no room to fold out without moving furniture. Ice maker didn’t work but they brought ice. Sink clogged when we got there but resolved later.

The room was beautifully decorated. A full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, dish washer, and stove top that we didnt use. The bedding was so comfortable. Friendly staff.

The bed was to firm. The sofa looked fine but when sat on sunk to far into the cushions. No throw away cups or ice bucket. There were dishes such as plates, cups, and cook ware but I didnt want to wash dishes. A couple of light bulbs went out in the night. Could hear the people above us stomp around in the night.

Spacious super clean rooms with kitchens, warm breakfasts , great location, friendly and helpful staff

No alcohol available for the Social evenings/happy hour. No bar area.
