The hotel is walking distance from just about anything around brick-town including the river walk, botanical gardens and many restaurants. The valet service was convenient and expedient. Upon walking in, the views in the main lobby are enjoyable. The glass view elevator made the ride more comfortable for my child that does not like elevators in general. The room had an abundance of space that I did not expect. Beautiful view from balcony at night. My family will be back!

The only complaint was the lack of towels for the pool area. We stayed during an unexpected influx of guests and they were not able to keep up with that side of laundry. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Paid for the location. The room was okay, the AC wasn't very cold in the room. Didn't have a chance to do much in the hotel, but the public spaces seemed nice.

It would be nice if when you book the room the website mentions you are on your own for parking or have to pay the hotel valet which was fairly expensive. Only when checking in and asking about parking was it explained you had to park on the street if available or in one of the parking garages. The driveway was parking was so limited and no one was there to ask about where to park to check in. I had to find a spot on the street (very lucky) then go check in, then go get my luggage. That was a frustrating experience.

Tanil Gale was our Bartender I had some bad news given to me. I'm going on to me my husband had gone downstairs and asked about a couple drinks. He told the gentleman he will be down there in about a couple hours. When we got to Our seats he already had it made for us. What bartender notice is after 2 hours that we arrived and he had the drinks already ready. Then he made the most incredible chocolate martini I've ever had in my life. This guy is amazing. I have to admit it made me feel really good give me a chance to have him as our bartender it made for a better night. Then in the morning the following morning I woke up and went down for breakfast Khejuan Our waiter Brought some extra fruit to our table it was blueberries strawberries and bananas. They didn't come along with our meal. But his remark was he wanted to bring extra magic to my breakfast. It was amazing the Waffles that he served and the extra fruit on top of it just ice the cake. They also serve an amazing banana Foster pancake. A couple young ladies that worked the front desk that took care of everything for me. I already told there manager about how awesome the both of them were. I definitely recommend the club floor. Everything was so lovely I am so grateful I came there. I do recommend going to the Botanical garden. Everybody there in Oklahoma City was so wonderful especially at my hotel room. My home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

They had the best customer service ever!! My father and his wife were in a really bad car accident. He suffered broken neck, broken ribs on both sides and a 6 inch gouge to head which required 3 layers of stitches. When he was getting released, they worked with me to get a room with handicap access. When arriving with my father the were so helpful getting him out of car and into room. I have never received better customer service in my life!! Will stay here everytime I return to OKC!!

Wish our room had a fridge and microwave

We ate breakfast at the little cafe facing the corner in the hotel. It was lovely and very low key. Much needed after 3+ days on the road trip. Thankfully the staff did have on hand a shower chair for handicapped folks or the elderly. We requested one and got one delivered to the room. That was very helpful indeed. Also the pool / hot tub area was amazing. Thank you.

I was travelling with my mobility impared father and it would have been much better if the ADA room had a real handicap shower instead of a bathtub with grab bars.

Pool was freezing. Never got our room cleaned while we were there. Asked for coffee several times and didn’t get it. Dogs literally everywhere, barking all day and nights. Elevator button on our floor didn’t work.

It's a beautiful hotel. The front desk clerks were very kind and knowledgeable. Got some great tips on where to eat from the bartender. Would of loved to eat there but the menu wasn't good for kids. Which is no big deal. Great eating places within a block or two. We will be back 😊

Not a lot. Parking wasn't great. I had to go a few blocks to the parking garage. I wouldn't have been happy walking with my kids at night to and from the hotel to parking. Single mom with kids

Loved the staff! Except a bartender named Crystal. She needs to be fired. She was awful. Kelsey came through and fixed everything! Our Room was big and we especially enjoyed the sauna and hotub. Nee the main tenance wizard helped when our door look broke. He was nice and ran every where he went. He deserves a raise. Overall we had a great time. Clean, quiet and overall super.

Crystal the bartender. She was rude "Oh i cant make a white russian she said,outta kaluah and then, Kelsey said," We have it! Reached under the bar and lo and behold. Kaluah. Kelsey proceeded to make my drink but ol Crustle aggressive stance, yelling at me in a bar that had 10 ppl and I saw her trying me and she went crazy. She had her arms.crossed ,rockin back and forth, menacing. Maybe time for a Performance Eval for Crustle??? All of the other hotel staff, absolutely delightful.
