When you walk in, it’s absolutely beautiful. It was such a convenient location. Pool was great, gym was great, the room was very spacious!

Our check in was fantastic, every other person we dealt with was not as pleasant as the guy who checked us in. He was incredible. The rest were not very helpful and not very happy. The hotel was an older place, so there were lots of little maintenance issues. The black out curtain was torn and broken, the water faucet spewed water out the side, the wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathrooms and the pull out sofa was broken so we had to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor.

Very nice room in a very fine hotel. Really difficult to fault anything within the hotel, and handily placed for the Bricktown area a short walk away which has good bars and restaurants. Oklahoma City Bomb Memorial also within walking distance.

As a foot tourist using Amtrak and internal flights, one member of staff didn't seem to appreciate or care that much that I might need help booking a taxi to the local airport. Thankfully trying again with a colleague I was successful and they booked me with Syadur Rahman +1 (929) - 421 - 5574, who provided excellent service with a smile.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is spectacular. The lobby is really beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty (omelettes were delicious). The room and bath are big, comfortable, nice. I liked the place very much. The man at the breakfast was delightful. Other employees like the man at the front desk were helpful. I also liked the city a lot.

The Afroamerican woman when I arrived late at night (around 2 a.m.) was confusing, unable to explain and solve: showed ignorance and a lousy attitude; really bad service. My check in was disastrous, but after that things turned around. I had some trouble with the Internet.

Great hotel in a convenient location to downtown. We were in town for a conference at the convention center, so a bit of local walking, but no issues the whole trip and Wyndham met our needs. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in downtown OKC

Like many downtown hotels, the convenience items were rather pricey. Coffee and a muffin from the lobby coffee shop was almost double what I would have normally paid (both were excellent, just expensive), but in line with other hotels in the area (I stopped at another hotel one morning to bypass the Wyndham prices and paid more).

I had a wonderful stay here. The amenities were fantastic - the pool and hot tub area was relaxing, and the gym was well-equipped. My room was comfortable. The valet parking staff were so friendly and accommodating. And the front desk receptionists were always quick to assist with any requests I had. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality, you can't go wrong here. Anakaren Santillan

Great breakfast. The restaurant staff (Marion and Kyhjuan) were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Nice and large. Good size bathroom. Lots of hot water. Good shower. Valet service was excellent.

Housekeeping- no one checked our room. Needed to empty trash, resupply the coffee service. Also, the entire floor outside our room (7th) needed vacuuming. Nothing done for 3 days. Had to inform the welcoming text that there was a pile of dirty linen left on the floor our first night there. No microwave in the room. Refrigerator sitting on floor instead of in the designated cabinet. Wallpaper seam needed to be reglued. Would prefer a comfortable chair instead of a chase lounge type chair. Need to fix the handicap button on the main entry door of the hotel.

Loved the set up and the entire hotel looked beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent!

However, the refrigerator was filthy with someone having leaked something in it and no one bothered to clean it. I would recommend that they think about remodeling them a bit because the carpet looked stained and shabby and was lifted in certain areas, making a trip hazard. The bed skirt was also stained.

The hotel is walking distance from just about anything around brick-town including the river walk, botanical gardens and many restaurants. The valet service was convenient and expedient. Upon walking in, the views in the main lobby are enjoyable. The glass view elevator made the ride more comfortable for my child that does not like elevators in general. The room had an abundance of space that I did not expect. Beautiful view from balcony at night. My family will be back!

The only complaint was the lack of towels for the pool area. We stayed during an unexpected influx of guests and they were not able to keep up with that side of laundry. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Loved the pool area. The room was very nice and I lived those pillows! Very nice and clean and relaxing It's a beautiful hotel though. And close to all the downtown stuff you want to explore. Aka bricktown.

There were no microwaves. My fridge didn't work. And there's a breakfast available only if you want to pay $28 per adult for it. Also I never did find an ice machine!

Paid for the location. The room was okay, the AC wasn't very cold in the room. Didn't have a chance to do much in the hotel, but the public spaces seemed nice.

It would be nice if when you book the room the website mentions you are on your own for parking or have to pay the hotel valet which was fairly expensive. Only when checking in and asking about parking was it explained you had to park on the street if available or in one of the parking garages. The driveway was parking was so limited and no one was there to ask about where to park to check in. I had to find a spot on the street (very lucky) then go check in, then go get my luggage. That was a frustrating experience.
