Staff was friendly, good sized TV in room, refrigerator, plenty of soaps, usb ports for charging. Close proximity to bricktown comedy club brought me here to stay for a weekend. It's a 5-10 minute walk to that area so its a great choice, and there's a Cava you can eat at over there too. I'm sure there's more but that's what we did.

Bed actually sank in a bit and there is no microwave in the room. Parking can be nerve wracking until you figure out where it is.

Staff at front desk was amazing, kind, and making sure we got benefits of being in town. Staff at breakfast made sure we got in was kind and accommodating and the food was the best meal we’d had all weekend! Room was large and clean.

The smell the heater put out and could’ve kept us a little warmer. In the future I would love to find a little bit of a better price.

I wish the breakfast was complimentary. I also wish there was a microwave in the room. I needed one for my heat pack. The 2nd room we had was beautiful and clean. Everything we did was with in a 15 min radius of the hotel

Our first room was clean but the shower was clogged. I showered and felt nasty after standing in 3in of water. Wish this hadn't happened because then we had to move all of our stuff after already being settled in. This was a large inconvenience and that wasn't compensated at all except to move rooms.

The 24 hour notice for housekeeping. We stayed three nights and ran out of coffee creamer, toilet paper and tissues so every day we were making special requests it would be nice if housekeeping stopped in automatically and just re-supplied the rooms even if they don’t clean them.

Very clean, nice rooms.

1. The front desk person checking us in would not really speak to us very much...she was more concerned about talking to a gentleman at the side of the counter. 2. The pillows were too soft.

My husband attended an event while i stayed at the hotel to enjoy the hot tub. I was concerned by some of the reviews. But the hotel was very clean, room, bathroom, halls, carpet. The hot tub was amazing!

Paying to park where you stay is absolutely ridiculous!!! We were unaware there were 2 Double Trees in Tulsa, went to the wrong one...lol

Not really a complaint because it was fixed by a move to a different room but it took a while to find out that the reason the room wasn’t warming was a burned up motor in the heating system…of course the first room was better furnished for three people than the sudden move.

The hotel is in the midst of renovation, so access will be improved once it is done. The room was spacious, clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. A parking garage provided ample parking. The staff was friendly.

Access was somewhat hindered due to the front lobby and entrance being renovated. It would have been nice to have received a small discount due to the inconvenience.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was exceptional I do not remember her name!! Please give her a raise!!

It’s a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

I got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. It wouldn’t move and the door wouldn’t open. I didn’t sleep good because drunk people were yelling in the hallway throughout the night, all the way up to 2:00 am. I had to get up at 4:30 am.
