Highly recommend! The facility was extremely clean! We couldn't have asked for a better staff who went above and beyond to make sure every detail and need was met with the highest level of kindness and consideration. The location was perfect as it is located near several good restaurants and shopping places as well as our trip venue. The breakfast was great. The hotel price was reasonable and fair for the accomodations offered. This will be our family's #1 choice of places to stay when in Tulsa and we are already recommending it to any friends, family, and acquaintances who want to know of an excellent place to stay.

There is not one negative thing we couldn't say about this place. It truly is the best!

New, clean

One of the front desk lady, her doesn’t care attitude is killing me. I kept telling her that 2 booked two room and prefer close to each other, she just acted like I only book one room and checked me in, then she finally figured out we have two rooms reserved after I showed her my phone. And then since she did not put me in in the right floor that may have two close by rooms, she just said, oh other room is not ready, do you want to wait one more hour, then in order to get two close room so I can take care of my kids, I have to pay onsite price instead of my online booking price as she requested 🤪 and then she gave me a room card that doesn’t work.

Clean great location close to everything downtown. Staff was super and friendly!

The bed was bad. Hard mattress. Did put comforter Tom under the bottom sheet to make it a little better and the hide away left lots to desire. But we did have a great time with daughter and granddaughter so worth the stiffness. Stayed at several Holiday Inns worst beds is here. Everything else was way above . Would stay again but will definitely check the beds first. Normally we use a queen but went up and it may just be the king size bed but eek.

Exceptionally clean! Plenty of space/room. Great service! Good parking. The location is great too! Lots of nearby restaurants and not too far from downtown or the Tulsa Fairgrounds. I would recommend this hotel to all who want a safe, great place to stay for a very reasonable price!

Although really clean and in great condition, the beds were a little "hard" and not as cozy/soft for my personal comfort preference. However, I am certain that it is not a fault of the facility in any way, shape, or form. Again, it was a difference in personal preference issue. I liked this hotel so well that it will be no big deal for me to bring supplies with me next time to soften the mattress for myself! It was top notch in all other areas!

I booked this hotel for my Aunt and Cousin and you all screwed up the booking information in the system and the Hotel Tenant couldn't locate it until I showed up to help sort the issue out with the hotel manager. Also, I booked a room for them with 2 Queens and you all told the hotel 1 King bedroom. Also, I learned that your prices were significantly higher than if I had booked the hotel room direct with Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed. I normally book with Hotels.com, but their servers were screwed up when I attempted to book with them and decided to use you all for the first time. I will never use your service again. Absolutely dropped the ball at every facet. I have no faith in using any booking services after my experience with you all AND Hotels.com.

The kitchen staff could have been a bit more on point with keeping stock and tables clean.

We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn and this location was no exception. I felt that the price of the room was a bit high, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

We are usually early risers as we generally only stay during road trips, so I wish there were more breakfast options available for those of us who hit the road early.

It's the perfect locations for us to come stay for the Chill Bowl.

In a great location! All kinds of great eating places, shopping, and gas stations close by. The room was clean, the shower was awesome meaning it had great pressure, bed was very comfortable, air conditioner worked great, the pancakes were good and they had peanut butter for them, and the staff was wonderful!

The property was great! The people in the room below us not so much. My six year old granddaughter was sitting on the floor playing with toys when they started pounding on their ceiling, our floor. Startled us. Then they called and complained we were making too much noise. We, the adults were not even out of bed yet! So, I don’t know where the noise they were hearing was coming from, but it wasn’t us. So, I guess if there was anything wrong with the property it would be paper thin floors! 😂🤷‍♀️ Again, the staff was great about it and said not to worry. Never heard anything else about it.

The property was in a great location that felt so safe! The room was very clean as well. The staff was very kind and friendly. The best cheap hotel I have ever stayed at.
