I really enjoyed the amenities, the breakfast and breakfast area was awesome. Very nice that there is a restaurant inside the hotel for quick food. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great for a family stay. Check in goodies for us and our pet were very sweet.

The setup is a little confusing upon arrival, and was not easy to find the check in desk at first. Also, one elevator was down our whole stay, meaning wait time was up to 10/15 minutes before it would stop to pick up and when it would stop occasionally it would be too full to get on. We could not use the stairs all the time due to stroller and mother with knee problems. We knew prior to our stay the pool was down, which was fine with us. We were also unaware of the fees associated with our stay..Parking was quite expensive for two vehicles.

The proximity to Autzen stadium was great! The look of the hotel and smell was amazing and fresh. Everything was clean or being cleaned while we were there. They had a full bar and patio with fire pits and heaters to keep warm. We got a late night snack after the game and it was awesome! They even allowed us to park well before our check in time so no crazy stadium fees! Very worth the price for us. The rooms were so quiet too, I didn't really hear anyone in the hallway so that was a plus.

Nothing that I didn't like really. Even the garage was clean.

Great location. There was even a Tesla Supercharger site in the parking lot with many chargers available. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The shower water pressure was terrible in our room. Our friends said their shower was fine. I reported it to the front desk who said they would send maintenance up immediately. When we came back to the room later that day, it looked like they had been there but nothing changed.

The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a nice sitting area along with 2 queen sized beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a walk in shower and glass doors. Despite being in a busy location with a mall and busy arterial, our room was very quiet. The room also had a nice closet and large dresser. Coffee maker and refrigerator made it very attractive.

The parking and check in process was confusing. The hotel parking being gated off required us having to park on an alternate level, walk back to the street level then ride an alternate elevator to the main lobby on the 5th floor. After checking in and getting our room key, we had to go back down to the street level and take an alternate elevator to our car then using the card key, we were able to get into the hotel parking lot. This was crazy!!

We didn’t realize the hotel was located on the 5th floor. Once we figured that out, obviously the security was good for the hotel. In addition, it’s in a great location to several restaurants. We just went downstairs and had a great dinner. The room was very nice, we had two beds and a large couch. Getting on the WIFI was very easy.

One of the elevators was out of order (out of the two). There were several items for breakfast, however, the hot items were well done fried. The sausage Pattie’s and French toast were not very appetizing. And the cut up fruit were mushy and not very good.

I love the rooms and the views.

The staff was unprepared for the breakfast demand. The abundance of older athletic students was overwhelming to the availability of breakfast foods available. They were plainly overwhelmed. Overflowing trash & stacked dishes covered every available surface! Very disappointing. We basically left & had to find someplace to eat breakfast.

Breakfast was good. room was very modern and clean. The sky bar was excellent with great staff and with the addition of food experience made for a great stay.

The checkin process was a little onerous as the hotel was on the top 3 floors so when arriving by car we had to find parking on the 4th floor before checkin. There was very little information on how to access the parking area when first arriving. Also during our stay, one of the lifts was out of service and the heavy traffic on the remaining lift made for a long wait, making the use of stairs a preferred option.

Loved the location. Loved the staff. Loved the breakfast assortment and cleanliness of the hotel. Love they allow furry family members on 4 feet. Will be back with our boy next time!

People don’t read signs. This person missed the sign saying the front lobby was upstairs. Having to pay for parking wasn’t thrilling either as hotel rates were high to begin with.

Breakfast was pretty good - it was promoted to be reimagined and it was fresh and hot, but mostly basic. It would be great to see some more modern interpretation and inspiration for nutrition and ideas.

Entry is confusing - a ground for 'lobby' but no staff, and parking on 4F and then elevator to 5 to checkin? That was so confusing. It would be good to have local businesses offer coupons or discounts to hotel guests.

Nice facilities, well located.

One elevator was out of service. The remaining elevator was very slow making for long wait times (multiple minutes). Pool and spa were also out of service. At this price point it seems like things should be better maintained and available.
