Decor was amazing. Room was so cool, floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows were truly awesome, view was amazing, nice bathroom products, nice coffee and tea kettle in room. Bed was clean and comfy. Telephone was retro. Lamps were very cool. Everything in the room was so cute and picture worthy.

Dark carpet hid the deep dirt that is there. We split some water and used towels to soak it up and they came up brown. Doors were a little hard to open/close, heavy and loud. Our neighbors coming in late sounded like someone was coming into our room. Bathroom mirror, counter and sink were clean, shower had some errant hairs, staining in the caulk, and there is no fan that you can turn on, just a vent. So smells and steam linger for a while.

The pool (and pool area) are perfect for families - the pool isn't too deep, and there are numerous chairs and tables for adults to sit at while the kiddos splash. Parking garage attached to the hotel is fantastic. Location is ideal if you're seeing a show at the Hult Center, which is next door. There are foosball tables throughout the hotel, and a ping-pong table in the lounge next to the bar, I felt like there was always something to do if my kid got fidgety. The hotel bar, restaurant, and café are great, good for hanging out and eating, especially if you've a hungry family and don't want to waste time searching for food. Very minor but useful detail - most of the lamps in our room had faders, so we could use them as night lights for the little ones. This hotel is distinctly Eugene (and by extension, Oregon). Very uniquely decorated with loads of ducks and Nike.

The pool area could use a minor cleaning, a few of the rubber ducks were quite funky. Otherwise a great facility! Oh, and a few of the unique furnishings in our room could have done with some dusting.

Staff was very friendly, room was nicely decorated, good bed. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby, also a supermarket within 10min on foot. Got there with uber, and there is the bus terminal within 10min walk, also the bus stop to get to the coast (Florence). As a female single traveller I felt safe

The bathroom was clean, but the shower was a bit odd, water stayed in tube after showering, also toilet seemed to have an issue with the waterflow. Breakfast should be included in that price category

The last time we stayed, we got an incredible king room, this time, we requested it but got a very small room instead. considering no one was around, I’m surprised.

surrounding it, no bars were even open because it was a Tuesday. then I’m their own bar, on Valentine’s Day, they had no desserts. they kept offering one then returning to say it was also out. after 3 tries, we got local ice cream. yay, happy birthday to me. that said, the waiter was amazing and spent a good 10 minutes looking for a lighter as my husband made me awkwardly wait watching my ice cream melt.

The breakfast was limited to the coffee shop (Poindexter) options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well decorated. On the surface, the hotel is appealing. It appears management lacks experience in handling the responsibility of being headquarters for a major marathon.

No coffee maker or microwave in room. Given that many guests were staying here before running the Eugene marathon, more care should have been given to offer pre-race services such as water in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room. The staff was friendly but not efficient.

everything. the view was amazing and the staff was exceptional. they accommodated my needs and made me feel like I mattered and they took my safety and the safety of the other guests very serious. I’m truly grateful I was able to stay with them as long as I could. I would’ve stayed longer if they had had rooms available, but they book up fast.

everything has security codes on it so nobody can get in unless they work there or are a paying customer. if I asked for something they either pointed me in the right direction or assisted me. I needed towels, food, or access to their pool and they went out of their way to give it to me. it helps to have patience and respect for the people that work there and being a good tipper always helps to since they are working hard to protect the people that visit their establishment.

The location is right in downtown Eugene. We went to a concert at the Hult Center which is directly next door. Very convenient for us! Our room delivered the quintessential Graduate decor (which I love) and the rest of the hotel had many design elements that were fun and inspired by local events and history (also love). The bar/restaurant was great, fun atmosphere and great service. They could use a few healthy options on the menu though.

The hotel itself is has some deferred maintenance. There was some trim around the bathroom door that was missing and some frayed bits on the carpet at the corners. Nothing terrible, but I was a little surprised by it. They also want you to download their app for all info about the hotel. This is fine except I don't want to down load an app for everything. Maybe I'm a curmudgeon, but it would be nice if the hotel told you about the amenities (gym, pool, restaurants) in real life instead of just in an app. I found the gym on the way to the parking garage as we were checking out. I would have used it if I had known it was there. A map in the lobby or a heads up from the receptionist would have been welcome.

There was no little coffee machine in the room. I don’t know if I will stay again for that reason.

Great place. The decor is very creative and fun—a far cry from the usual bland hotel room. Great location. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, especially Mariana at the front desk. Also a couple of great restaurants just a block or two away.

Breakfast set-up. No table service and a bit chaotic. I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

location is wonderful. rooms are very comfortable and the gym was great. Dog friendly.

My only complaint was the less than stellar service we received in the bar restaurant. I had to find a server to let her know we were there and then had to find her again to request menus. Not ideal after a long day of travel. second night I sat at the bar and it was wonderful.
