I thought this property would have a lot of road noise but it was getting late and I was limited in affordable options. I was pleasantly surprised and actually had a very quiet and comfortable stay. The room had all the facilities you would expect and was very clean. The staff were excellent and proved to be very trustworthy after I left a card and enclosed gift for an elderly gent I met who was going to be staying there the following week. He was so lovely and gave me great advice and I wanted to leave him a token of friendship which the staff passed on. I’d definitely stay again should I find myself in Eugene.

This was a last minute late night booking on our 5 hours drive to stop off in Eugene before continuing on. I was a little skeptic thinking to myself. Was it cheaper by than the other hotel listings because it’s in a bad part of town or it’s a run down place? To my surprise, all the other positive reviews were right. This place is one of the best place we’ve stayed at for the dollar. It might be an older building, but the room was clean, the sheets weren’t smelly, and best of all; quality sound proof. QUIET!!! I would stay here again.

Very comfortable clean room. I appreciated having a refrigerator, and coffee maker. I also liked having the heating cooling option.

I’m allergic to artificial fragrance. When I walked into the office the smell was overwhelming. When I mentioned that, the office attendant said oh yes our air freshener sprays every few seconds. Please think about this as these fake chemicals aren’t helping anyone. There are safe alternatives out there that don’t smell like that and wouldn’t cause distress to those of us who can’t be around them.

This was our second stay at this motel. We liked the layout of this room better than that of the first. It felt more spacious. It was also closer to the stairs which made it easier to bring our luggage in and out. Motel was centrally located, so it was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Continental breakfast had a good selection of food and beverages. Staff was very friendly.

It would have been nice to have another table or two in the lobby to be able to sit down for breakfast, but I understand they are limited by space. Plunger in bathroom sink was broken, so it would not drain properly. I did report this to the front desk.

Room was clean, breakfast was ok, kinda standard quick grab and go items. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep on and the water pressure was very good too. We have stayed there 2 times now and will go back. Close to good places to eat too!

Breakfast needed the protein, only sugar type yogurt and they need hard boiled eggs!!! The rest was ok with standard grab and go items. At least they had bananas for fruit! I'm too health conscious and need protein!

Convenient location - lots of places to get a bite to eat nearby, easy to drive to as close to interstate. Room was very large, so a real plus there! Comfy bed, friendly staff. I'd stay again if passing though.

Breakfast is very much grab and go... there's nowhere to eat in the reception area itself where the breakfast is found (other than 2 chairs) All the plates and cutlery is disposable - I think the idea is to take it back to your room with you, although we did sit in the 2 chairs in the reception area to eat. I guess that's just what it is! Food itself was fine though.

Nice location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. It shares a pathing lot with a nicer-than-usual convenience store which was a plus for us. It’s right off the Beltline which made travel easy.

Not much to not like. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very quiet, and location was nice. Wouldn’t be great with a pet since there’s not much green but I don’t know if they even allow them.

Clean. Good comfortable supportive bed, spacious room. Good air conditioner. Nice tv, new nice bathroom which was clean. Lots of granite counter spaces. Glad I could open the window for fresh air.

They could have had hard boiled eggs with breakfast, and just make it until 10:00. There’s a lot of people that get confused about that, and the woman working was quite rude to a group about shooing them away as soon as it was 9:00. Not nice at all. Very cute to them. I don’t see the reason or the difference of not having it until 10:00. Tbe clean up is quick as there aren’t tables anyway, and it’s not a hot breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and had conveniences that made it better, such as wireless charging. Since I was staying two nights, the person checking me in asked if I wanted maid service, I said no and didn't need to use the sign on the door.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer section. The television did not pivot, so unless sitting at the end of the bed, it was an awkward angle.

The hallway had wires and a foot stool in it. Which is no big deal except it was 10 pm when I got to room. It was there again in morning at 10 am. You’d think they would not have left it out law suit waiting to happen. The hallway was scary till I got to room! It was great!

Doors on rooms hard banged up it scary you’re hoping your room wasn’t like that. It wasn’t best sleep I’ve had in awhile
