The front desk staff was amazing. we were so grateful they let us store some items in their conference room on our checkout day so we could do a nice bike ride on the Willamette Scenic Bike Route. Mandi was super friendly and helpful and so was the gentleman at the front desk the next morning. I have to say this was excellent service and I haven’t had that experience in a long time. We also liked the free EV charging for our car. I hope you install more EV cables for more cars.

Good room, fast check-in, helpful staff are all pluses for your hotel. The convenience of location to my family is great. The large parking lot when towing a trailer is a great benefit. Also appreciate the lightening in the parking lot. Keizer hasn't allowed the transient population to take hold. This is a great advantage to your hotel.

I've stayed many times. Your pool has been open only once. Please put this information on your website so I can stay elsewhere when your pool is out of order, which seems to be the majority of the time. For a newly remodeled facility, charging top rates in the area, this is unacceptable. Your breakfast needs a freshening up. Same fare every stay, every day is boring

Loved the pet amenities! Nice grass and poop bags. Cute checkin stuff. Convenient room location for dog.

Pool didn’t seem to have towels unless we asked. And one time when we went in and saw no towels, we asked front desk and were told someone would be bringing towels “shortly.” They still hadn’t come by the time we finished swimming 40 mins later. So we had to walk wet through the lobby to our room.

Can I say everything?!!! The gentleman who checked me in was witty and wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful change from the hotels we have stayed at recently. It was a bonus to have a bar in the lobby.

I really don't have a complaint. But like all hotels that serve breakfast, I would say if I had a complaint, it would be the breakfast. I wish there were more healthy options. But this is minor and wouldn't keep me from booking again.

Wonderfully comfortable beds in a nice sized room. We stayed in a King room with the kitchenette and really enjoyed the ability to make a light meal whenever. A great alternative to an Airbnb.

Being a kitchenette the fridge could have been more of a proper half-sized fridge rather than the typical hotel room fridge.

I arrived late in the evening after getting lost within a couple of miles from the location. A call to the hotel rendered guidance and navigation on the part of Brandi at the front desk. Upon arrival, both Mandi and Brandi were wonderful, thoughtful and caring. I appreciate them so much!

Rooms looked and felt much more expensive than they were, so great value. Beds were exceedingly comfortable. Amenities were really, really nice and the staff was wonderful.

Complimentary breakfast was very generous with lots of options; however, where the waffle station was placed created a bottleneck in the line. Other than that, everything was fantastic

Breakfast was awesome however wished it was closed an hour later. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Pool was outstanding. Customer service was outstanding.

Had to wait a little longer for transactions at the snack shop. Breakfast should've ended an hour later during the week.

The room was very comfortable, spacious. 2 queen beds for 2 of us. The shower was perfect, with good sliding door. I also liked the added bonus of the facility having a bar where I got a glass of wine before retiring for the night. That might now seem like a big deal, but it was one more reason that made my stay that much more pleasant. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choices for every appetite. I will stay there again, if possible, or I will look for other Best Western hotels.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like. The staff was not only friendly and helpful, but knowledgeable.

The breakfast had a great variety and plenty for Saturday morning but by Tuesday morning we were down to over ripe bananas and oranges. Loved the ice water with fruit fusion. The room was a great size with great mattress. Location was prefect for our needs. Parking lot was huge for the over sized work truck parking.

The pool was green and that was one reason I choose this hotel. Still was not working by Tuesday. The noisy street out front but we realize nothing could really be done about that. But would request a room facing the back.
