This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in for not being high-end. The room was large, clean, and had nice amenities. We requested the top floor at an end for quietness and they accommodated us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They don't serve breakfast in the hotel, but you get a voucher for Denny's which shares a parking lot. I was concerned about a waiting line for breakfast, but we did not have to ever wait. The room has a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. I will be staying here again if I need to be in Salem. Also, there is a large Walmart less than a mile away.

I was in town for my Daughters softball tournament along with many other families. What I liked the best was how quiet the facility was. It was almost too quiet that I had to turn on the air just to sleep. I was upgraded so the room was more than I expected. The decor was beautiful and unique, it was clean, spacious and safe. I like the voucher that was given for Breakfast at Denny's. Another nice thing was a working ice dispenser in it's own space behind a door which probably helped with quietness.

Girls complained that the pool was too cold. could have used more staff for faster check in, with the heat and increased number of travelers.

We always book at Best Western because of their breakfast and comfy beds. The beds were very comfy and we had plenty of room for the three of us staying in the room. We also had a very pleasant check-in experience and all the receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Typically, the best part of Best Western breakfasts is rolling out of bed and walking down in our pajamas and slippers to grab breakfast. Here, the use Denny's for their breakfast offering which made that difficult.

Very spacious room and bathroom! The staff was caring and compassionate! My husband left his phone in the room after check-out, and they called us before we made it very far down the highway so we could come back to get it.

Hard to find something to complain about here. The included breakfast is actually a Denny’s partnership, so that might be unexpected for some.

Check in was fast and easy. The decor was boutique hotel quality. Facility was immaculate. Comfy beds, great pillows, lots of towels and black out curtains! I like that they still had a clock radio in the room, a state of the art one! Leticia in housekeeping made sure our room was spotless and full of great amenities. Lots of thoughtful touches! I did not expect to get a coupon for full breakfast at Denny's! And the welcome cookie was sweet, literally.

The pool was full of children, lots and lots of children. Very loud children. Sound insulation in the ceiling would help protect my old ears from the PIERCING SCREAMS OF COUNTLESS CHILDREN. There was also a dog show in town and pup poop in the elevator which the owner DID NOT CLEAN UP! I love Dogs and mostly like Children, but an over abundance of both for my taste! Probably would not be like this on a week day. You could also hear conversations in the hallway, otherwise room was very quiet.

To be honest, we booked this hotel to go to In n Out. We do not have one where we live. We always book this hotel to get burgers and let the kids swim. The pool is great, and the front staff were very nice offering pool toys and goggles. My girls love it. They also gave us free breakfast vouchers for Denny's next door. The food was good.

I have nothing negative to say about this property or the stay. It was worth it and will keep staying there.

King size comfortable bed and pillows. Small kitchenette with water bottles included for us. Great Breakfast across the parking lot at Denny's to our specifications.

The black out curtains came only to sill level which left an onslaught of light right at eye level to blast you awake as soon as dawn came. Would be nice if they were at least 1 ft longer, or better yet, to the floor like the drapes. Probably more expensive but more comfortable.

It was overall a good trip with courteous staff, comfortable beds, and good amenities.

We were frustrated that breakfast had to be eaten at the restaurant and couldn't be ordered to go. In our family group we have those with anxieties and others with physical issues that make restaurant dining difficult. It would be nice if there was allowances for that.

Breakfast, pool , sauna, and bed were comfortable. They have a friendly staff, and having Denny’s for breakfast was amazing.

I booked via booking and this is not the first time this has happened, via booking.com. I always make sure to put down the correct amount of people who hat will be staying and when I get to the hotel they advise me that I only have breakfast for two people because I only had two quest on my booking, when I clearly added 3 adults to my party.

The person who checked us in was very happy and friendly and made us feel special. She gave us some very yummy cookies. Our room was exceptional. Very clean and it felt comfortable. We had a problem with the cooler and someone came up immediately and fixed it for us. It is the "best" Best Western I have ever stayed in.

The elevator is very small when you have to take a cart with your luggage into it. No other problems
