Breakfast was good and included a wider variety than expected. Eggs etc. The best part of my stay was the front desk lady - she was great not only with me but with my family who were staying elsewhere as we were in town for a funeral. She told them to come in and make themselves comfortable and have coffee while they waited for me. She gave me good nearby food recommendations also. She was perhaps 45 ish, had (maybe?) two-tone hair, and definitely had a puppy - which tells you what we talked about. Doreen?? That lady deserves a raise!

We had the good fortune to spend two nights here. The hotel is new, and situated at the edge of the lake, just a few minutes walk from downtown. It is a superb location, with easy and close access to both walking and biking tracks, of which we did both. We opted for the lake-view room, and are glad we paid the extra money for both the view and the afternoon sunlight streaming in. Wifi and TV services were both great, and the included breakfast had great options. There is a guest laundry (pay) in the building, along with an indoor pool and gym (mainly treadmills, a stat bike, elliptical trainer, and a few weights). I also liked the provided bathroom amenities. All in all, this was a wonderful hotel to stay in!!!

The breakfast was ok for someone who eats pork likes brown bananas and strawberry jelly...that is not me. Additionally I was charged by booking.com but apparently they did not pay the hotel as they charged me as well so now I have to do a dispute with my bank as no one at the hotel can seem to figure it out. So now I will never use booking.com or that hotel again.

getting charged twice for a room I spent exactly 10 hours in....

The staff was extremely friendly. We were arriving late at night and got stuck waiting for over an hour due to car accident on our way. We called the hotel and the young man working the desk and he checked us in so we wouldn’t get charged for a second day. When we finally arrived, he was very helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated him

All was good for the short amount of time we were there.

Excellent location right on the lake with fantastic views. Walking distance to main street and the start of some of the trails. Useful little convince store in the hotel that had a few essentials for when you didn't feel like going out.

On the high end of price but nicer than a lot of the alternatives

I didn't eat breakfast. I was impressed with the young man at the front desk while checking in. Very polite well mannered , very informative of services during my stay. I was very appreciative of a young man having such good etiquette, manners, and very respectful. That doesn't happen in klamath falls in places of business.

The bathroom was freezing a little warmer would ve been nice.

We stayed in four different hotels this trip and the bathroom at this hotel was the best! It was large, had plenty of space for us to put our toiletries, had lovely wall paper, and absolutely the best shower I had ever used on a trip. The shower had nice quality glass doors (no crummy shower curtain) and a great shower head. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!

LIked the variety/options. Nice to have plant based meat option and toppings for oatmeal. Really appreciated having the coffee/tea area open outside of breakfast times.

Business 'center' could be in less open area with place to sit down and to put personal document/note pad. Guests were routinely NOT wearing masks even around food service area even though mask mandate was in place. Understanding that is a contentious matter, it would've been nice to see signage to remind guests of mask requirement (again, especially around food service area).

We had a suite which was a very good-sized room. It was clean and quiet, we didn't hear noise from neighboring rooms. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The showerhead in the bathroom was so great I'm thinking of getting one for home. The hotel is on the water which made for a beautiful place to walk in the morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had eggs and two kinds of sausage available, great for travelers on a Paleo diet. If there were muffins available I didn't find them.

Traveling during "revenge travel" season is expensive. This room cost considerably more than I would have paid for it three or four years ago, but it was comparable to other rooms available at the time, so I don't think there is much to be done about the cost right now.

My family and I loved the pool! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
