Our reservation, made via a 3rd party site, was cancelled because the hotel didn't get my message via that site that we would be a day late but still wanted the room for the other 4 days. I had also tried to call the hotel directly a couple times but got no answer. Heidi was on duty at the desk when we arrived at about 3:30 am, after calling earlier to advise we would be in late & not knowing our reservation was cancelled. She was able to give us a room for that night even though the hotel was quite full due to evacuations due to wildfires in the area. We moved to another room for the other nights, but were happy to have any room. The room was clean and had everything we needed; we easily got more towels, etc. when needed.

The staff was fabulous, and very helpful. We had an issue with our first room, but the woman at the front desk helpfully moved us. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful.

I guess I did not understand Microtel = some micro rooms. It was okay as just an overnighter, but really small for more time than that. Fortunately, since the front desk moved us from the original micro room we had a bit more space for our 2 night stay. My answers will relate to the larger room

I have stayed here before. I like the location and the facility is very nice. Glad to have the breakfast served once again! There room was clean and everything worked properly. The girl at check in was wonderful and helpful. Kudos to her!!

Only one packet of coffee when I was staying for 2 days. Why not add more packets for your guest? What if there were 2 of us in the room? Would one person have to drink decaf? Charge a dollar more for the room to cover your cost if you need to. Also, the makeup remover is great for females but you only had one pack. Would there be more if the guest reserved more days? A few small changes to improve your guest's visits.

The location was odd...we actually drove right by it and was redirected by maps after the fact....out in industrial area ... town wasn't far, but despite being a little off the beaten path there werea lot of sirens and activity through the night. Upon checkin...the clerk appeared stand-off-ish about my late check in....the am house keepers actually called into the room at 930 to ensure we hadn't left yet "her words". Despite the do not disturb plaque, I hung on the door. Then when almost ready to leave I asked for a garbage bag for dirty clothes and one girl says no, walks away, not sure if language barrier had to do with that, but when I had nearly shut the door to finish packing, I heard a voice outside my door...so I stuck my head out, saw another woman she said they didn't normally do that but here....and ga e me a bag. The bed was comfortable? Slightly to hard..but not bad....the floor and tub/shower were not clean ... I actually had to wipe the tub before using it. Toilet area also....but the value of just shy of $100 so we didn't inconvenience family and friends at that late hour....worth every penny.

Tub and bathroom cleanliness. Being treated without hospitality warmth or as an inconvenience for late arrival. Made to feel we hadn't left early Enough for the housekeepers.

Hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I normally have a hard time sleeping in hotel rooms but I actually slept all night and was surprised by it. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The pool was so clean and nice also. Loved it and will probably be our new favorite for KFalls

Drain in the sink didn’t drain very fast and ac could’ve been better. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

Location only 7 minutes from my first client in the morning! Breakfast was good. Rooms quite clean-- hit the sack and was out. Air conditioning!!

Please include hard boiled eggs as another morning protein. The scrambled stuff was blander than hard boiled.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, they ended up overbooked but she made sure we had a room for the night and gave us an upgrade. This kind of customer service isn't always around anymore. She is a great asset to this hotel and we will return to stay again. Thank you

There really wasn't anything to dislike about our stay customer service was excellent the room was beyond words amazing.

It's a very clean building and the staff is usually pretty nice . The rooms are spacious comfortable. And the bathrooms are always very clean which I love.

I don't like that you don't get a real blanket that's the only thing their comforters or blankets are very thin it's almost like just having 2 sheets

I like the cleanliness and the very comfortable bed. The hot water and water pressure were really good too.

That the elevator was out for upgrading. Had to walk up the stairs to our second story room.

from check in with Heidi to pleasant maid staff it was restful with many hotels not offering breakfast or maid service, this hotel had both!!! will be our go to hotel when returning to Klamath Falls

no sign on the main road to let us know where it was arrived after dark and it was in an industrial area.
