This is a charming cabin-style apartment near the beach. It was very comfortable and spacious. We were traveling for a family vacation and looking for a place that could reasonably accommodate our family. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the pullout sofa bed, which is rare. The innkeeper was cheerful and enthusiastic as she oriented us to the property and shared some tips from local insiders on things to see and do in Lincoln City. I loved having a full-size fridge to keep food in and a real kitchen so we could cook meals in the room. There were extra blankets and pillows in case of need, and everything was labeled so you knew how to properly work it. We had sufficient towels and provided toiletries for the duration of our stay. It was a truly awesome place to stay; it felt like being home while on vacation. It was walkable to the beach, and we had a small front porch where we could leave our sandy shoes. I especially enjoyed being able to hear the waves through the open windows. All this and no cleaning fee! We are already planning to return someday.

On the last day, we found out that we could have used the firepit on site during our stay and that the property had wood for guests. If we had known about this, we would have definitely taken advantage of it.

This is a charming hotel. I love the little details, and each room has its own cozy vibe. The owners and staff are all so friendly and kind. I especially love the outdoor decks and seating areas. It’s 1/2 a block across the street from the beach. An easy walk! A lovely neighborhood and close to stores, and the Casino. Very peaceful and relaxing. A decent price too compared to others. If you like a hotel that’s unique and comfy this is the one.

My only complaint… I’d love to see cotton sheets and bedspreads. Or at least a high cotton blend. I get so hot with synthetic fibers. I understand synthetics hold up better, for a hotel…but REST is a key part of a vacation.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, and the one staff person I talked to was helpful and friendly. The room was roomy, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and the location was away from Hwy 101, so more quiet that many of the larger motels. I would stay there again.

It took a long time to get hot water, so a heads-up on that (so i had some idea that hot water would be coming eventually) would have been helpful. I don’t like to waste water, so knowing I wasn’t running water for no reason and that hot water was coming would have been nice. Small detail.

It was what we expected, quite homely. Everything worked and it was quite cosy and comfortable. Bit of a problem trying to pay due to the card machine not working. Worked in the end. One road back from the beach and sea so no sea view, but we didn't except one for the price. Plenty of free parking for guests. Breakfast available within 8 minute walk with a nice view out over the ocean.

Only thing we thought could have been better was a bedroom with a bigger window not overlooking the carpark, but it was a motel.

The room was rustic. It was clean and bed was comfortable.

Checking did not go well. Booked with Booking.com. Had a Booking.com confirmation number and my credit card was charged 3 months ago. But the motel had no record of anything. The front desk agent had one clean room and went ahead and gave it to us. But the whole experience was nerve racking. Booking.com dropped the ball and we could find no nu.ber to call Booking.com about this. There should ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP NUMBER.

We loved the setting. The room seemed to be recently renovated, and was clean and attractive. A short walk to the beach was not a problem at all. It really felt like we were in a neighborhood and the early mornings were quiet with people getting an early start to their day.

Maybe a few more towels would be helpful and better window shades to keep the ambient street light out of the cabin we had which was closest to the street . There was absolutely no traffic noise and the street was not busy. An overview of the amenities available, like how to use the firepit might have been helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The Innkeepers were amazing! The most friendly folks I've ever met, they will do anything to make your stay the best you ever had.. The rooms were cozy, with the pine wood work & the nautical theme. My bed was very comfortable & cozy. The rooms looked exactly as it was pictured and very clean The location was perfect. It was right off the beach, so you can hear the crashing of the waves. I left my window open at night, so the soothing sounds of the waves would help me fall asleep. The beach access was only a block away, very convenient to walk to do one could enjoy the beach, No doubt I WILL be booking with them the next time I stay in Lincoln City

We had room A, also known as The Back Porch. Cute little room. Lots of decorations and pictures. Very intimate. We really like wood stuff, so looking like a cabin was special to us. Great location off the beaten path, but has access to the beach just a short distance away.

Extremely small room, but workable if you use it mostly for sleeping. No room for a small table. Difficult to eat a meal in there. We were afraid we would get food on the bed. Smoke from people smoking on the back deck kept seeping into our room. Don't know if it was staff or guests. No rail for the three steps up to the room from the parking lot, so they were a little difficult for me.

We had room 8, a hot tub suite. Loved it. This was a surprised getaway with my wife after a long exhausting summer. She deserved a getaway. Very comfortable beds, the room had all we needed. The room doesn't have a fridge, but they did have a cooler and the staff provided ice. No complaints at all. There was a coffee pot and supplies, but we didn't use them. The quiet grounds and surrounding area made it ideal to sleep with a bathroom window open. The access to the beach was very close by and easy to find.

A little better air circulation with a small fan would have been welcome. We did get a little warm Friday night, but it finally cooled down with open windows and a breeze.

The cabins were very cute and clean and located close to beach access. The staff was friendly. There was ample parking and easy access to the main features of Lincoln City.

Both the beach and bath towels were poor quality and very thin. We wished we had brought our own towels. There is no access to cable television only ROKU. If I had know this during booking, I would have chosen a different place.
