Everything. We initially were given the wrong code for the door and had no service to call. Even with wifi,I couldn't make calls or texts (at&t) my friend with(t-mobile) could. We called the emergency number and avery nice someone picked up and immediately gave us the right number and all was well with the world. We entered into a gorgeous suite. Full kitchen, small living room in front of giant windows (to see the ocean). An adjoining bedroom with another giant window and super beds! Jacuzzi bathroom, excellent location! Definitely an coming back!!

The only down side is not enough parking. Would be fine in off season.. but during the summer we couldnt find a spot from about 10am until around 4pm. Unless we wanted to park way up the road and walk down. So we just either stayed in the area on the beaches or didn't return from little jaunts till 4. Seriously though, not a deal breaker. Absolutely gorgeous and worth it! Love love love three arch inn!!

The main room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was fantastic, and the place was easy to find. A couple of businesses within walking distance, and the beach very short walk, just across the street. It was a quiet area of the town, we appreciated that. Price was good for what the room is. For these reasons, I would definitely book again.

The draw backs with our stay were; the jets in the tub were not working, and the floor in front of the toilet was sticky. Really needed to be mopped. Another item, was it would have been nice to have a window that would open, so we could enjoy the sound of the ocean, and get fresh air.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at the Three Arch Inn. The room was very clean & nicely decorated with appropriately beach themed decor, and the bed was very comfortable. The window has a beautiful view of the Three Arch Rocks, which looked stunning with the sunny Thanksgiving Day weather. The streaming services on the TV were a nice touch for settling down in the evening, and the secure Wifi was massively helpful in being able to use my phone in the extreme cellular-service pocket that is Oceanside, Oregon. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic view overlooking the ocean. Clean unit. Bed is very comfortable. WiFi is good and a very nice amenity considering there is no cell service in the area. Jacuzzi tub was another excellent amenity. Helpful after a day of crabbing. Kitchen is stacked enough with basic stuff although the fridge can use an upgrade. AC unit is a nice add on even though we only used the fan to keep the air circulation since the windows cannot be opened. The AC will be perfect for summer.

Cannot open windows to enjoy hearing the sound of the ocean. Limited parking.

Loved the location of this property. Within walking distance of the beach, the local café and coffee shop. I am so happy we were on the top floor for the amazing view. The room was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable furniture. It had most amenities needed. The sheets and towels were nice quality too.

We wished there was a window that could be opened so we could enjoy the fresh sea air and hear the sound of the waves. The room conditioner was noisy for sleeping. Would have preferred a higher quality of coffee for the room. Also, the add does not say anything about stairs or parking. Both could have deterred travelers that cannot take stairs or walk up a hill to the property.

Clean, well-stocked rooms, very friendly staff. Beach towels available. Lots of supplies & information were sitting out in a corner of the hallway, so we could sweep up our sand mess, and recycle our bottles. Loved having board games to borrow. Excellent location (close to beach & 2 local restaurants) and spectacular views. Highly recommended!

Meals required some planning — local restaurants are small & all were closed for lunch (short-staffed). Just be sure you have snacks and can drive elsewhere if needed.

The room was very nice, beautiful view, clean and comfortable. Due to a major storm, the power went out so we had to use a flashlight that was supplied by the host. There was nobody on site so the internet WiFi was out, this was not a big deal but if we had to contact anyone, there was no way to do so (no in room phone and no cell service). We have no complaints about this issue but it could be an issue with other customers. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely return!

No way to reset the Wi-Fi when the power was turned back on. No way to get ahold of anyone since there were no in-room phone, no cell service, nobody on-site.

Love the location, right above the beach at Oceanside. Loved big picture windows that looked out to beach and arches. And the unit was spotless, with my request for fragrance-free environment fulfilled.

Wish the unit had windows that opened for fresh air. It was a sunny day when we were there and the lovely westward views mean that afternoon sun streams in. Unit got very warm. Only way to cool it down was air conditioner--great to have that, but being able to open a window for fresh air would have been better.

The location with beach view. The remodeling of the interior was modern and very comfortable. Proximity to the ocean front Roseanna's restaurant was very convenient. The ground floor of the hotel has a fabulous breakfast and lunch restaurant.

The add on taxes and fees above the daily advertised rate on Booking made the value less appealing.

Gorgeous views out of those amazing windows! The high ceilings were incredible and all of the decor was relaxing and soothing. It was so close to the beach and I love this beach!

For me there was nothing I found lacking… it would be nice to have a few more parking spaces up by the rooms because of traveling up stairs but for myself and my friends at this time, stairs are no problem!
