Nice room, quiet, plenty of space for the four of us. The bathroom area with the toilet and bathtub/shower was bigger than most hotel rooms, which was a really nice feature. The sink was outside of that part of the bathroom, which was nice too. Two people can be getting ready at the same time. The architecture of the hotel itself was very interesting. I wish we could have come in the summer because the pool area looked like it would have been beautiful and fun. All in all, for the price, I though the room was great.

The breakfast area was somewhat of a mess. It would have been better to have a few more people bussing the tables and keeping up with refilling the food. It would have been better to have a little more counter space by the sink and a towel rack for the hand towel. It would have also been better to have two queen beds instead of two doubles. I didn't see that they offered that, but I might have just not seen that because they were sold out of those rooms.

It's a nice hotel, friendly staff and rooms are pretty nice. I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite this last trip and the Jacuzzi was nice but it didn't shut off completely so it did continue to drip out but I only noticed it when I was near it and everything else was quiet.

The window sill in my last room needed cleaned up as the heat/cool temps were creating a little bit of a breeding ground for mold growth but nothing serious, housekeeping just needs to check that regularly

The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious with fairly comfortable beds and a separate couch/reading area. Strong water pressure in the shower, too, and there are plenty of towels in the room for use. The room is mostly quiet with very little sound from neighbors, the hallway, or landing planes. Decent continental breakfast, too. Much appreciate the airport shuttle service and the walking distance to a couple decent restaurants. I also like that there is a small gym and indoor pool and jacuzzi on site. Have stayed there before, and will stay there again!

I'm not a fan of the square, spongy pillows and would prefer a couple of firmer, king-size pillows for sleeping. The AC kicks in strong but wish there was an auto-shut-down feature when the room reaches a certain temperature. There could be more plug-ins for phones and other devices. Otherwise, this is a comfortable place to visit and stay a night.

I was hoping to catch a shuttle to the airport car rental service as we arrived past midnight. The worker behind the counter was the driver but, could not drive us as some repair personnel had arrived. So she called me an Uber which was way more than I expected. Had some breakfast as I waited and off to the airport. Got my car and came back,

The parking is a bit tight but, manageable.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room layout, complete with a separate reading area between the beds and the bathroom. The room was very clean and quiet, and the AC was very strong. The desk staff are very friendly, funny, welcoming, and accommodating with witty one-liners and good advice about Portland. The continental breakfast was decent, especially the coffee, and I will definitely stay there again.

Other than the foamy soft pillows, there was nothing to dislike.

Bed was great - very comfortable and plenty of room being a king size bed. Room was spacious. Nice to have a sitting area, very comfy with the sofa and coffee table. Again, bed was great!

The desk clerk was hasty and dismissive. Checked us in extremely quickly, after she finished whatever it as she was working on when we walked up. No eye contact, short. Basically sounded off and pointed that breakfast is over there and your room is at the end of the hall. Not especially friendly, but perhaps it was a bad day for her.

Very clean & the room was perfect size for 3 people. The value was great.

I called earlier on the day of arrival and was told the shuttle would be running when I arrived. When I landed and called for the shuttle pick up. I was told that there was no driver. I ended up paying for a Uber that resulted in a $30 expenditure.

The room was beautiful, the windows opened, we had a couch and were on the third floor. It was quiet and the staff even let us store our luggage from 11am til check-in. The breakfast and coffee were great and the airport shuttle leaves every hour. Every staff member we interacted with was lovely and helpful and it made our stay amazing. I will definitely be staying again if we come back to PDX :)

I like the amenities especially the hot tub. Room was cozy enough.

It’s a non smoking building but someone was clearly smoking the whole time. I had to keep turning the vent on in the bathroom everyday.

Selected a 2 queen room for 3 adults and were pleasantly surprise when we had 3 separate beds. Also surprised that the breakfast was a full breakfast and was delicious.

Parking lot was very icy and didn't appear to have been salted or plowed. Very dangerous unless you were under the awning.
