They worked with my late night arrival time and provided me with great and friendly service, the room was clean and comfortable although slightly hot when I first arrived. turning on the AC quickly fixed that issue. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows where like laying my head down on cloud’s.

while I loved basically everything about the Nordic inn, the thing that will keep me from coming back is the 250$ deposit. I Do recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice nights sleep but be prepared to pay a 250$ deposit. I recommend bringing cash for the deposit..

This was my first time staying at this establishment. I did not get a chance to use the shower and bathtub and get a feel for how they were. The room that I stayed in had a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with a couple of dark roast coffee filters (no light or medium roast), a small supply of non-dairy powdered creamer and some splenda (no traditional sugar). The heater and A/C were at the back of the room near the bathroom, so thankfully I wouldn't have to hear the noise of the fans while I was asleep. The bus stop on route 21 for TriMet public transit was pretty close to the hotel on either side of Sandy Boulevard, but you need to walk about two to three blocks for a safe traffic signal pedestrian crossing to the other side of the street for a bus stop.

Before I arrived at the hotel, Booking said that the room deposit with a debit card was $100. Wrong! The room deposit at the front desk on a piece of paper that I saw on March 30, 2023 was $250 with a debit card. Booking should have updated their policies prior to my checking in. So I am warning future travelers so that they don't suffer the $150 set back that I had.

Everything! This was my third stay at this hotel, and it has been consistently great. They are in a fantastic location only a few minutes away from the PDX airport and only about 20 minutes from all the restaurants and attractions in Portland. The rooms are clean and comfortable with coffee, TV, toiletries, and outlets. They offer free parking, which is a huge plus in the city. The person at check-in is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially for quick overnight trips before/after the airport.

Nothing; everything was great!

The facilities were very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the room decor was beyond most normal motels. It was very well kept for a motel and I would happily stay again if I'm in the Portland area.

I really don't have any complaints. There are not a lot of restaurants or places nearby to get food but it only took me about 7 minutes to drive to Subway. There was a food cart lot across the street but I didn't check in until close to 8pm so it had already closed.

The location is very close to the airport and appears to safe. The room is reasonably clean. The rooms are quite large for 2-3 people. However, the location is close to the airplane landing path and also close to a railway. The airplane and train create some noise. Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value.

1st Needed a third chair for kitchen table it could also be used in extra bed room to sit on 2nd very surprised and a bit disappointed the cupboards were bare. It comes with a kitchen but you couldn’t cook anything. No bowl or spoon even for something as simple as a bowl of cereal. It seems kind of dumb to have a kitchen with no utensils or plate or pan.

Most everything, the value, the size, the cleanliness, proximity to freeway, noise level despite being by the airport, safety felt despite being in a horrible area. Overall AMAZING place.

The A/C stank and didn’t work very well to keep the room cool. The bathroom size / layout left a LOT to be desired.

They have a prime location only 10-15 minutes from the Portland airport, and they are also a short drive from the many other attractions in the city. This was the second time I've stayed here and both rooms were super comfortable. I appreciate the free parking and the kind staff at check-in. They have everything needed for comfort including a TV, coffee station, fridge, etc.

Nothing! I enjoyed everything about my stay.

This place exceeded my expectations. Not much to look at from the outside, right on a highway--but the room itself was pleasant and very well equipped, with a great kitchen and comfortable bed. I could happily have made a much longer stay.

It's not near much of anything but the airport, only a couple of places to eat near by.

Very clean and comfortable and value for money. Exceeded expectations. You can book without second thought. They even gave us an upgraded room with 2 double beds and kitchen. We booked 3 rooms for 3 families with kids. It was an awesome stay for everyone. Carry your utensils if you wish to cook. Highly recommended.
