This was a nice hotel. It had a hot tub and swimming pool, which felt nice after a long day of traveling or hiking. The staff was polite and courteous. The beds were nice, we all woke up refreshed. I am not a breakfast eater, but my husband was very happy with all the choices. His favorites were the sausage and a blueberry granola bar.

The lighting in the bathroom is not super bright. This could be good because you can not see the winkles. I just do not have the best eyesight. When applying makeup I take off my glasses so because of this I like harsh bright light so I can see.

it wasn’t far from where we need to be.

supposed to be able to check in at 2:00. we arrived at 2:45 and they didn’t know if there was a clean room. my daughter is handicapped and I needed to change her brief and be at our appointment at 3:30. I was able to get into a room and do my job and get to the appointment in time. It was just weird that they didn’t have rooms ready on time. We also didn’t have a working TV. They were supposed to adjust the bill but my account shows no adjustment yet.

I liked the staff. I liked how clean it was. Also liked that we could park in the lot right in front of where our room was. It was a good stay all in all.

I believe that the hotel was too far and on the edge of town. I also thought that 260 was a little ridiculous to stay in Prinveille. I will be staying with family next time because those are vegas prices. would you choose to go to Vegas or Prineville?

the outside is clean and the landscape is beautiful , I personally like that the floors are laminate and not carpet. the breakfast was very good , they have a good variety. please tip housekeeping, they do an amazing job.

Excellent location with ample parking. Right in front is Arby's so dinner is super convenient and opens til late. Hotel is about 1hr+ from Painted Hills so perfect after getting back.

The loudest bathroom fan ever. You couldn’t turn on the light at night without waking your traveling companion.

Everything was good except as noted below.

The shower head in room 220 definitely needs to be replaced. It sprayed in every direction except where it needed to go (down onto my head.) :-)

Wonderful and friendly staff! Greet location and the pool was perfect!

It was very comfortable, clean and updated. Terrific breakfast choices and the dining staff was helpful. Nice pool area.

I liked the location. Everything is close by.

The pool was not very warm, and the hot tub was not hot and the jets didn't work well.
