Staff was friendly and very outgoing. Parking spot right outakde the room. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was great! They had an assortment of sausages, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, tea etc.

The room wasn't 100% ready for us. Found a few pieces of garbage lying around the room. There were no cups for the coffee, and we were given the wrong password 2x.

The hot breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. My husband enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The wi-fi was terrible. I had to go outside of the room to connect, once it was connected, I got about 1/2 an hour of usage, and then it would disconnect and I would have to go outside and connect again. If I moved too far away from the door with my tablet, I would get disconnected and would have to go outside and reconnect. My husband had trouble connecting to begin with, so he used the hotspot that we brought with us. I ended up using the hotspot as well. It was too much of a pain to try and keep connected with their wifi. The ice machine in the front lobby didn't work well, it was hard to get any ice out of it, but to be fair, I didn't mention this to the staff. I just went up to the next floor to get ice.

Really good breakfast! Clean room, fast check-in service, good parking access to our room, good location. Like that the office is open 24/7.

Refrigerator in our room did not work, even after I mentioned it to the front desk it was not checked on to make sure it worked. No table and chairs in the wide open area of the front room so we had to sit on the beds to talk and play cards. When I notified the front desk that the refrigerator didn't work, they told me I just needed to plug it in. So we struggled to move the huge cabinet it was in away from the wall to get to the outlet, and it was already plugged in. We made sure it was "on", but it did not work. Then the office told me as we were leaving and I mentioned again that it didn't work, that I should have told them and they would have fixed it. Hmm.

Comfortable and clean. Liked the pool.

The breakfast was bad.

Have you ever seen hot tub Thai machine movie? This was the vibe I was getting very clean very friendly stuff was excellent.

Was a little weirded out by the taxidermy as you walk into the lobby the big mountain lion in a glass case kind of creeped me out not really into preserved Dead animals although I’m sure there’s a story to it I just failed to ask The cigarette smokers, hovering in the stairwell, permeated into my room early in the morning. I’m not a cigarette smoker and it’s not good for my health to be around.

This place is so worth the price - I was checked-in by a very friendly employee who recommended tourists sites and restaurants. He was very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire motel is quiet and safe and close to everything - downtown is a quick drive, and there are restaurants, shops, etc. all within walking distance. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of foods and drinks. The cost for everything is so inexpensive!

The only thing I noticed is that there is no over-head lighting. Not a big deal at all. Really, no downsides to this motel whatsoever!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the closet to hang clothes up in. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. And it was nice to get the daily newspaper.

Not having a blanket on the bed. I would have liked about information about the swimming pool in the back of the complex. And if they could have a list of places nearby to eat, that would have been great.

That we were tucked in the back away from noisy streets and it was kept up.

Well the only thing was the towel issue. There was two of us and we only had one bath and one wash cloth , one hand towel and one floor towel. Then I over herd the neighbor down the hall talking to one of the staff saying that they will charge for clean towels if you don’t exchange your dirty ones. I don’t know if they have a towel shortage but I think maybe they should order more to have on hand. Then there was someone outside our room giggling the door handle at 2:00 AM. It freaked us out. But then it stopped. Thank god!

The room was extremely quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Know if you are using Bookings that the platform does not capture that you need a pet room. Call the Sugarloaf directly to book to make sure you get a pet room. Fortunately, not all the pet rooms were taken when we checked in. The room was very clean and looked recently remodeled. We were on the bottom floor and shocked how quiet it was. The pool was nice too.

Excellent location, conveniently located. Lots of room for the doggos that joined us to stretch their legs. Coffee was good as well, and available day or night.

Our bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the room felt a bit crowded. Breakfast was a nice offering, but beyond the juice and coffee nothing seemed appealing.
