The beds and pillows were great and the room not only was clean but smelled good. Breakfast had everything that you would need plus more. Good variety of things to pick from and the area was very clean. We've been here several times and would come back again.

I would have loved an apple because oranges are usually so hard to peel but that's not even a big deal!

The breakfast was perfect for our needs! There was a great variety and the three of us left happy with our chosen breakfasts. I do wish there were more options for tea. We only wish there was a way for us to wash off the tables.

We had room card snafus, but Angel and Bret totally went with the flow. They weren't irritated at our questions, nor with our room card snafus. They both were super friendly and excelled at their jobs.

great room and very comfortable location

the staff - I asked to change the credit card on record and to print me an invoice but they refused because they said it was all booked on booking.com. Now I need an invoice to get the trip reimbursed and do not know where to get it from. I found them unprofessional and unhelpful as if they were mad at people booking through booking.com. I can relate to that but it is not my fault as customer. I will not go there again.

This is the best one in our this trip. It is very very very clean. we changed lots hotels in this trip, this is the cleanest one . and every thing is very good.

I can not give any suggestions. Even myself, I can not do better than them. this is the first time I can not give suggestions.

Unfortunately, the hot breakfast was not available during our stay, but I would say that was the only major downside. The staff was friendly, the facilities were very clean and the room was very comfortable for our family of five. The kids also really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Near the freeway, but then again, so it's everything else in The Dalles. Hot Breakfast was not available.

Wonderful and clean Hotel. All the amenities included were outstanding. The hotels interior looked brand new. Would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very clean and new. Great service when I found a very weird vibration going on in my room and got switched to a different room.

Just the odd vibration and noise in my first room. don’t think that room is fit for occupancy like that.

The is what made my stay, having an adult son w/special needs can be very challenging, and how we are treated is the upmost importance to us. The staff was wonderful, accommodating, and understanding.

The location, I wanted a better view but that was lack of research on my part.

Beautiful new hotel. Great design. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and nice. I especially loved the bathrooms which were clean, bright, beautiful and spacious.

The wifi wouldn't let me log on. It kept saying wrong or incorrect name and room number. I was too tired to call the front desk for help.

Very nice motel! Clean and comfortable with a decent pool although we never tried it out. The staff was very nice!

On the expensive side… breakfast didn’t start till 6 and we were gone by that time every morning. Location wasn’t to bad although with a 26’ trailer the parking was a little marginal. All in all not bad!
