The lady at the front desk was amazing and very personal in a good way. She asked if we're wee attending the convention across the street and she was happy we chose to stay where we stayed for it. She was just a very genuinely kind person. Also the movie theater strategically existing right next to the hotel very good.

I didn't like that there was a little sign in the bathroom that said "if needed ask attendant at desk for anti slip mat." I get that there was texture on the floor in the shower floor and a towel could be easily used after the shower to stand on but it really shouldn't be something someone has to ask for.

Very helpful staff with all of our needs. The staff made us feel like we were home away from home!! We had a long drive in from out of state. The breakfast was hot and a great variety to choose from. We will definitely use this hotel again!! The lady that was serving and cooking the breakfast was very polite and happy. You can tell that she loved her job. She makes that hotel good; by being so pleasant with the staff and keeping it so clean.

We had no complaints about the hotel, the food or the staff.

We thought the breakfast included in our stay was the best included breakfast that we ever had in any hotel. Friendly service who was working the dining area. He kept up with cleaning tables and refreshed hot food. The front desk staff were all friendly as well. We also appreciated the new design of bathroom supplies of soaps and lotions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. No odd smells. Modern updates which we appreciated.

The only thing we noticed was that there was no coffee pot in the room. But the coffee machine with fresh grounds in the lobby was just fine. Can't complain for fresh grounds.

The room was impressive, very modern with many pluses. There were many unexpected niceties in the room. Very spacious.

The heating system was very slow to warm the room. It was off when we came in, and cold in the room. An hour later, it was still chilly, and not up to normal temperature. The TV remote was not working with the TV either. We had to use the controls on the TV to turn it on, and adjust the volume.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms and facilities were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of choices. Parking was very easy and accessible even with a late check in. My family enjoyed our short stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites by IHG Altoona.

It was nice staff pleasant n polite breakfast was good also & my son's really enjoyed themselves pool & fitness center they loved & we even went to movie theater next door I love dove products in the room too it was enough outlets we were all able to charge our electronics. The discount tickets for Delgrosso amusement park was easy to purchase no extra tax

Location is great! Easy to find. Breakfast was average, but good. Rooms clean and well cared for. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Coffee is delicious and available 24/7. Love the fresh bean grind per cup.

Little pricy for the area

It was very clean bed were like a cloud. The pool was very nice and clean. And breakfast was nice The staff was on top of keeping food available and cleaning up after each guest.

The only complaint we had was the noise at night but they said it was full.

This hotel was easy to find. It was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. I appreciated that when I had to leave early, they refunded me for one night.

I was disappointed that the WI-FI was not working. When I asked about it, I was told they were having problems🤷‍♀️

I was very impressed with the breakfast that was available at the location. There was a very nice selection of hot food, yogurt, juice, bagel. etc. There was a specific person designated to take care of the breakfast area and she did a superb job of keeping everything stocked for the many people that were enjoying their morning meal.
