We've stayed in this hotel several times. Last year we noticed that there was a need for repairs, but were pleasantly surprised that they have repaired the cosmetic needs on the staircase. The rooms are also being remodeled. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've slept in. The bathroom looked like a luxury hotel. This hotel isn't promising to be a 5 star experience; just a comfortable, friendly place to spend the night which is accessible to families and travelers of modest means. If you're searching for an upscale hotel, you won't be satisfied here.

The room was remodeled and very clean. The room had a heavy scent, which we located coming from a plugged in diffuser. It was heavy and cloying and messed with my allergies. A clean room does not need a scent like that.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best continental breakfast’s I’ve had and the dining attendant was super friendly and efficient. I was definitely impressed!

Not so much a dislike, but there was a remodel going on, just mild disarrayed, we needed to ask for an ice bucket and room trash cans, which was taken care of quickly.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful to our needs. The one staff member that helped us answer any questions that we had his name is Johnny is is a cool guy and we appreciate him for all of his the help and hard work. Nice room, clean, large, good bed & pillows, AC that was not too loud, Easy to find right off 22, near Perkins. Breakfast was adequate and more than just muffins, which was a nice surprise. Eggs didn't really taste great, but at least I had something halfway warm to eat, plus sausage and little muffins, apple juice, coffee. Some people made the waffles. Place was quiet and I felt safe there. Kudos to them or allowing dogs with reasonable fee.

The room was very clean, breakfast was very good with good selections and I liked that they also had coffee in the lobby. I was impressed that there was a microwave in the room and a coffee pot, and we would have used if we stayed for a longer time.

The tv in our room did not allow us to change channels and the refrigerator froze our water and we couldn't seem to be able to lower the temperature. Luckely we needed the room only for a short time so the tv problem wasn't to inconvenient.

The front desk were very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs and worked to correct a mistake in our reservation. The room was very clean and comfortable, beds perfect and everything worked. The parking lot is mostly well-lit and felt safe.

Stairs to the second floor were pretty old and need refurbishing; carpet dirty and holes in the walls. There isnt really a gathering place other than 1 couch in the reception area. No benches for sitting outside.

The room was ready upon arrival and the check in staff were very accomodating. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door that we reported to the front desk as to not be charged towards our security deposit. The young man working made note of it and apologized and ensured us that we would not be charged for the damae.

They did not have the booking from "Booking.com" even though I had a confirmation number in hand. Again, they were very accomodting in "tracking" it down. It took quite a bit of time which was some what frustrating.

Good value for the price The room is indeed outdated, but it's ok for a night stay hot and excellent breakfast, and the team was nice and friendly

The room is more than adequate. One thing I really appreciate was the quiet air conditioner, something you just don't find at most motels. The breakfast was excellent as well. They have a couple of hot items, and the coffee is way better than most motels or even restaurants for that matter. This is a great choice in a great location, convenient to stores and major roads.

There was breakfast in the morning. Hot breakfast and some options to choose from. There was easy check in and check out. There was one staff member who was very nice at the front desk. It is close to stores like Walmart and dollar tree.

The rooms smelled like wet dog, I believe the rug in the room was the cause. The bathtub was very slippery as well. I found 3 bugs in my room and I’m unsure how they got there.
