Easy to locate. Lots of close attractions with shuttle service. Bar stayed open later just for my group. You couldn't ask for a better and friendlier staff. They went above and beyond. All very nice and HAPPY.

Room phone was not working. Coffee maker...I wanted just hot water and ran some water through with no coffee filter but what actually came out was not drinkable. So, room coffee pots need flushed at least once a month. If I had a coffee pod in there, I would have never seen the gunk that came out and it would have went right into my coffee and I would have drank that yuck.

Convenient, clean, modern, had amenities and adequate self parking.

The entrance was confusing. Getting to elevators was not on ground level. Finding valet to unload and reload car from specific entrance was not easy. Bed could have been firmer. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom causing total fog up of mirror. I wished for a makeup mirror with adequate lighting. The toilet was very low to ground which is difficult for me , a senior.

Although breakfast is optional, I highly recommend paying the extra couple of bucks to have it included (and remind the receptionist to give you the vouchers when you arrive). Our last-minute booking still came to less than comparable hotels in the area, and my whole family got an a-la-carte breakfast served on real tableware with real cloth napkins. The place is really spacious, and it has a 1970s luxury feel throughout, which almost makes you wish they will never update their decor and furniture. Unless ultramodern is a must for you, you will feel like VIPs at a price you can easily afford.

My confirmation letter from booking.com included breakfast, but somehow this wasn't communicated to the hotel. I had to show the receptionist my booking confirmation to get the breakfast vouchers. At least, they were very uncomplicated about this, once I did. For those driving their own car, it's a little difficult to find the single narrow entrance, which is right at the beginning of the property on Racetrack Rd. northbound. Chances are your navigator will make you drive past, and if you miss it, you have to circle around. Better signage would be helpful.

The patio rooms are, imo, the BEST. They are main floor and lead out to the pool and is a great area. Couple and especially family with kids, the patio room is perfect. Great location to shopping and to the The Meadows Casino. I prefer this over the Hyatt. It's much quieter and breakfast is full service.

Parking is odd and getting in and out of lot is awkward, BUT the location is great once you are familiar with it.

Failure to explain layout of hotel. Need to park at bottom of lot. Directing from lobby is a long way to room and not expecting steps.

We arrived around 9:00 at night and were gone by 7:00. No breakfast, hit the road.

The price we were quoted when we booked online was not what was billed to my credit card. We were quoted in Canadian dollars but seem to have ended up paying more than quoted.

The staff was very friendly. Pool view was great

One room had stains on one of the beds and the latch for slider was broke upon arrival.

no breakfast. the room was not stocked with essentials like soap and shampoo, etc. there could’ve been more towels also. and their hair dryer was disgusting

The location of hotel is excellent. The hotel amenities including bar restaurant and free shuttle service is great.When in the Meadowlands it is a great place to stay.

The beds were a little bit to firm

This hotel is awesome. The staff was very friendly and the room was large and comfortable especially the bed. We used the digital key for checking in and out. It was great and so easy and no keys to worry about.
