The bed and pillows were comfortable. Had plenty of counter space for snacks.The breakfast girl was pleasant and helpful. She kept the food filled.

When we were trying to get in 45 minutes before the check-in time, the girl at the front desk said none of the rooms were ready. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot. How could she know if our room was ready if she didn't even look at the computer. She just was so overworked leaning back in her chair. Hated to interrupt her relaxation. I just hated to start my mini vacation when we couldn't even get ready to go out for dinner with the family.

The room I got was a king-size bed with a couch and additional sink. It was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. The bathroom was clean and functional. The TV had a wide selection of cable channels. The microwave and refrigerator worked. The A/C worked, though it was a little loud. The room had plenty of lights and outlets. Very satisfied with my room. Breakfast was standard in terms of flavor, but the variety was great. There were multiple proteins, carbs, some fruit, and drinks. I personally love hotel breakfast, and this one was super convenient. The breakfast staff were also pleasant, and they constantly refilled food. This is just information, not a critique: I called prior to my arrival, so I knew that the chances of checking in early were slim due to the hotel's busyness that day on a holiday weekend. I arrived around 2 pm, and I was unable to check in early as expected. However, when I returned about an hour later, I checked in at 3 pm (which is the advertised time for check-in) with no issue. I recommend calling ahead if you plan to arrive early to set your expectations. On the morning of my checkout, I asked the front desk staff about checking out an hour late, and my request was granted with no issue. This was a huge plus and allowed me more time to relax with my company before returning home.

My only critique of the bathroom is that the shower tiles looked old or like they needed a scrub. The front desk staff was not the most responsive to phone calls from in the room. However, they did answer my questions when I was able to reach them.

Food was mediocre but decent. Best part of the experience was the lady server named "Asma" with upbeat attitude, genuinely people personality, and contagious smile. She will best serve your organization in a Management position, provided properly trained and given the opportunity to excellent. And this is coming from a retired veteran in Top Management within the high end hospitality facilities. I hope and trust you would afford her the opportunity she well deserves. You may be pleasantly surprised. We will surely return to stay with you during our next visit!

There was not anything that we disliked.

The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of pastries, yogurt and cereals. The layout was perfect. Drinks were separate from the food causing less congestion. The sitting area was very large. Staff stayed busy refilling the food stations, emptying the trash and cleaning tables. The hotel was right off a major highway and is in the heart of Stroudsburg.

The only complaint is that we reserved the room for 3 and it was only set up for 2. We needed to request extra bedding and towels.

I love the fact that Jojo was very helpful the first time I met him at the complimentary breakfast room. My 3 kids love him because he treated them so well. I requested for a late check out because I was a reward member and even though I booked my reservation through a third party, I was happy that Wellah, a Customer Care rep in coordination with Jojo accommodated my need. Also, the lady at the breakfast, Asma, was outstanding. She was checking up on us and helping guests whenever they needed help.

I didn't like the fact that my telephone wasn't working. Also, my coffeemaker didn't work either. It wasn't a big deal for me because I actually didn't need them.

The property had a great location! It was clean and well staffed. The employees were professional, accommodating, kind and helpful! Fresh kosher and Halal food was made available to us by Asma. The front desk woman was quick to provide us with additional fresh linens without any hassle although it was late evening. Service was rendered with a smile! I will definitely stay here again!

The pool was under construction and a 3rd party company didn’t inform us.

Great service! The staff were pleasant, professional, kind, caring and understanding. Asma, the breakfast lady was so great, accommodating and very helpful to my family. She’s awesome. The room was clean as well as the hotel. There’s lots of parking and there was no fee for that. The evening lady receptionist could have been more nicer but overall experience was great.

Pool closed too early 😅 We were hoping for later than 10 pm.

From the second I came in the staff was nice! Everything was so clean and comfortable and I had plenty of space for my stay which was great!

This isn’t specifically on the property but the people above me has kids running ALL DAY. Like non stop back and forth. My boyfriend was sick and trying to rest and couldn’t because of this.

Free breakfast. Good sized room with sofa. Nice shower. Indoor pool if that's your thing.

Our room was not ready on time. I needed to change for an event and had to change in a conference room. I had called in the morning to confirm a room would be available and it was not.

The location was convenient. Place was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.

I stayed on the second floor and unfortunately a family with children stayed above me and at night and early in the morning we heard a lot of stomping and running back and forth. It was aggravating especially at 7:00 in the morning.
