Literally right off Rte 80 which was great for me as every place I was going was one exit away. Dunkin' Donuts was right down the street. Despite being so near a major highway, it was very quiet. When I initially booked, I couldn't get a room where I did not need to take stairs, but when I checked in , they changed my room to the accessible one. Very pleased with that extra courtesy. The coffee in both the room and the "breakfast" area was delicious.I had brought some light breakfast items with me, yogurt and such, and having a fridge in the room was very handy. Staff was very friendly!

The faucet in the bathroom leaks water onto sink area when turned on and needs to be replaced.

I need to give a hearty and well deserved shout out to the staff at this hotel! I randomly selected this place due to the great last minute price and good online reviews - Google Maps reviews for sure steered us right this trip! Was moving my daughter's best friend, along with my daughter's remaining belongings left back home in Michigan, to their new apartment in Manhattan. Price was great, and Kate (I think! ) at check in was a delight - friendly as you could hope for, yet very professional, and extremely helpful. I asked about local dining options and she produced a few pages stapled together, all local restaurants that are favorites of the staff who took it upon themselves to make this for their customers, complete with individual directions from the hotel to each place! Very thoughtful. I don't remember the names of the rest of the staff we dealt with, but the lady who checked us out the next morning was equally friendly and great to deal with. Delightful again comes to mind. A very basic breakfast was also offered (think prepackaged muffins and a couple of juice options and coffee) which was nice. My daughter's friend accidentally left an item in our room and staff and management went all out to reach us! They called me, emailed me, AND messaged me through Booking. They went above and beyond to try to get a hold of us, and once we called them back, they arranged the shipment of it no problem. The room itself was very clean and overall we were very happy with it. My main complaint was the mattress - it felt lumpy and hard. Otherwise, I was very happy with what we got for the price. Highly recommended this place for the weary traveler. Picture is right as we arrived at sunset, taken in the front of the hotel, looking away from the hilltop lobby and rooms towards the beautiful view...

It was a very welcoming experience from the moment we checked in. My friend has hip and knee problem pins in both,. Bonnie and her staff went out of their way to provide her with a big comfortable chair and extra pillows so she could sleep with her leg propped . They made sure she was well taken care of, something you don't see much of It made us feel they really care about the guests.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It really could be a little bit better .. The variety was lacking..

this place was quite the find! Lynne at the desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. she had an entire PACKET of restaurant recommendations. our pet friendly room was clean and comfortable. we were right next to the interstate but did not hear it all night. honestly you can’t beat the value of this place, plus the pet fee is really reasonable compared to other hotels.

really I’m nitpicking here but my only complaints are how loud the appliances were, the tv being incredibly basic, and the scent in the room was overwhelming to the point it is still stuck in my nose several hours after leaving. but for a pet room, I understand why they have that.

arrived early from Staten Island long trip and could not be accommodated to check in early. this is something that has happened in the past to us and other hotels usually are eager to do there best to make sure a room gets cleaned for our early arrival. so that is certainly something I did not like had to sit in hot sun and wait. we were so eager to shower and get on with the day but we had to wait. when I know others have done there best to accommodate early arrival and have allowed us to check in early especially in these days where prices are so high you are not even in the hotel that long pretty much just to sleep. so this type of accommodation is greatly greatly appreciated. so for this reason I would not consider ever staying in this venue.

I like how close it is to stores such as walmart wawa dollar tree and food..The rooms are clean staff is friendly and the windows open which is good because i like sleeping with noise and fresh air when the weather is good

The bed i had this time in the 3rd floor was so hard i woke up in pain the last 2 rooms i had the bed was so soft this one unfortunately felt like rock it was flat no type of cushion at all

The grab and go breakfast was excellent. Just right. The room was very clean, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping make our 25th anniversary trip so special.

The TV remote didn't work sometimes. But we just restarted the TV and it was okay.

Helpfull staff, good start-of-a-day breakfast - coffee, water, muffins, fruit salad. Perfectly clean and big enough room, fantastic comfortable bed, heating working when needed. Big enough parking, good location near the highway, and next to a grill restaurant. everything was great thank you very much! Value for money, would stay there again anytime. :)

Staff was both friendly and professional. Answered all questions and even made recommendations about restaurants.

For the price point there really are no complaints. Any improvements such as suggested by other reviews would only serve to improve their rating thus raising cost of room. Really people. Stop expecting 4 star quality for a two star price.

Alicia was so friendly, helpful, and answered my questions with ease. Eleanor was very helpful at breakfast hour making sure I had everything I needed. This location was very clean. Rose seemed very detailed as I observed her twice during my stay. I really felt taken care of during my stay here and would love to come back again.

Due to covid breakfast items seem limited but ok. Would like to see cereal and waffles make a comeback.
