The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short trip. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator available in the room. Breakfast offered options for everyone. Food was fresh and delicious. This was our first trip to Erie , but we plan to return and we would definitely stay at Sleep Inn again. Location was also great for shopping and restaurants. You get a feel that this Inn is family owned and operated and they take great pride in their business.

The staff was welcoming and always asked how my room was. The price was reasonable for the accommodations and my needs. I like that there were USBs built into the one lamp beside the bed.

The grounds around the hotel were a little unkept(trash laying on the ground, trash cans were full). The rear entrance was not always locked, allowing anyone to freely enter from the back. In the room, there was one lamp on the one side of the bed. Would benefit from another one on the other side.

I could hear the cars at the stop light until traffic lightened up at 1am. I could also hear the guests walking, muffled voices, and dropping items in the room above me. I needed to turn on white noise on my phone to drown the sounds out. I think the construction of the motel was reason for noise. Poor floor design on 2nd floor If I stay there again, I will ask for an upper floor room.

The family that ran the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The price was much better than other places we've stayed in Erie. So we were pleasantly surprised by how new and clean the facilities all were. The breakfast bar was a nice surprise after coming out of covid with bagged food for breakfast at a lot of hotels. The personal touch is much needed now.

all things were well done and kept, except one little item- i dropped our remote behind our bed's headboard and had to retrieve it from underneath -upon pulling the mattress away, we saw clutter, lint and the need to vac. other than that we were quite happy with our room and the hotel's services.

we did enjoy our stay and it's location was key to our travel plans to our event.

SO comfortable! I also need to mention the wonderful staff! Our first room smelled like smoke for some reason and we called the desk to see if they could move us. Without hesitation, the manager had us come back down to swap rooms. He was so sweet and happy; even validated the next room we got was in great shape. The beds were wonderful and the lighting in the bathroom/bedroom was great.

The staff was so kind! Kindness is key! Very clean. Very comfortable. AND when you check in they give you a nice welcome bag with a drink and snacks and a nice note written on the bag, how thoughtful! I would most definitely stay at this location, whenever in the area. Thank you for being what every soul should be-kind and considerate!

Room was very cozy and updated. Was a nice surprise. Great location too! The breakfast was perfect with scrambled eggs and sausage and you could make your own waffles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome.

New air conditioning system was a little noisy for our liking.

The only issue I had was while at breakfast an employee had come into the hotel to collect their paycheck, which was apparently issued late and they were very angry. If true about the paycheck that is not good

The staff was super friendly and provided goodie bags and all kinds of extras. Breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. Great location right across the street from Splash Lagoon.

Room was a little small and no lamps by the bedsides
