The property is clean and well-maintained. It’s close to everything but off off the main path. It is such a wonderful comfortable place to be. It’s one of my favorite places in Erie. The staff is absolutely exceptional. I recommend this place so highly, and I have stated a lot of places in Erie.

The Wi-Fi reception is horrible so if you don’t have a plan that you can work off your own phone, you’re in trouble. They try really hard with the breakfast. There’s a lot of good options for families. But for a keto diet, it’s not a good choice, but that said? These are so minimal of issues compared to how wonderful the hotel.

Second time staying. Hotel is clean and quiet with easy access to I-79 or 90. Pool is great and families were all respectful (much better experience vs. the travel teams we encountered during the last stay). Staff is friendly -- front desk team, breakfast attendant, and housekeeping. The hotel sits back off Peach Street, which reduces road noise considerably.

Please get real coffee. The breakfast options are limited for my personal needs, but good overall for the kids. Please get some carafes and brew drinkable coffee for guests. The heater was a bit loud for us, but ear plugs blocked out the noise.

We love staying here due to its great location. The location is very convenient to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. J.C. at the front desk could not of been more helpful or cheerful. The rooms look renovated and very clean. Even the main lobby looks new and very welcoming. There is an indoor pool...helpful if the weather doesn't cooperate. Overall, a great place to stay.

Breakfast in morning was not fantastic, but this was not a huge issue. We stayed on a weekday and hotel was not packed...so a limited menu is very understandable.

My husband and I got married on June 29th and we went our honeymoon trip. We stay 3 nights. Room 427 We were only two hours away from home. The hotel was extremely nice. Very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff member were really good. Room's we're very clean. The pool was amazing We will be coming back to our stay next time to lake Erie

Kinda got little nervous about the highway being to close but I didn't sleep well first night due to highway being right next to the hotel. The second night I slept like a baby.

WE did not partake in breakfast .. .HOWEVER FROM ACROSS THE ROOM IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD A VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM! SEEING THE LAUNDRY AREA WAS ALS A DEFINATE PLUS ..WE DID NOT UTILIZE IT BUT I IMAGINE MANY FAMILIES NEED ING THAT AMENDITY WHILE THEY TRAVEL!! The gorgeous Valentine's Day tree was a very nice site !! Staff explained that they leave the tree up year round and decorate it with different holiday themes! Very cool idea!! Simply LOVELY!!! THE POOL AREA WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS WITH PLENTY OF SEATING, TOWELS, AND WARMTH . I WOULD SUGGEST MAYBE ADDING A BENCH TYPE SEAT IN THE RESTROOM FOR THOSE NEEDING OR WANTING TO CHANGE CLOTHING OR CHANGE CHILDREN, AFTERWARDS.. ALSO, DESPITE THE POOL, BEING THE INITIAL REASON FOR US BOOKING HERE, WE WERE NOT ABLE.TO USE THE POOL DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS..WE ASKED FOR A LATER CHECKOUT AND UNFORTUNATELY WERE ONLY GIVEN 1 HR PAST REGULAR CHECK OUT IT WOULFHAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO HAVE A FEW HOURS .. 1.TO WORK OUT,in the fitness room, THEN SWIM..EVEN THOUGH THE HOTEL WAS SEEMINGLY EMPTY OF GUESTS WHEN WE CHECKED OUT AT NOON. I WOULD URGE YOU FOLKS TO AET OUT TO BE ABOVE ALL THE OTHER HOTEL CHAINS AND EXTEND YOUR DEACRIPTION OF WHAT A STAY IS ,,PERHAPS CLOSER TO A 24 HR PERIOD ..I MEAN WHAT CAN IT HURT ? I CAN IMAGINE AN EXPLOSION IF POPULARITY WITH FOLKS KNOWING THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO RUSH OUT..HOWEVER THE MAJORITY WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE ON THEIR WAY FOR WHATEVER ACTIVITIES AND/OR TRAVELING THEY MAY WANT TO DO!! ,, OF COURSE YOU COULD CURTAIL THIS POLICY DURING BUSIER TIMES WHEN MAYBE SAY, THERE'S A MAJOR EVENT HAPPENING IN THE CITY OF SAID HOTEL. Staff are incredibly friendly. Thru Thanksgiving and the weekend that followed, the lake-effect snow was intense and just kept coming! Was so bad they closed the I90, but the hotel staff were so accommodating and thoughtful, offering add'l nights' stay if required, and at very reasonable price! I stayed here before and would do so again.

There isn't anything that comes to mind, that would be considered negative.

Very clean and comfortable

The lady at the desk on Saturday July 20,2024 was notified that there were 2 dogs in a black Nissan truck right next to the smoking section, from 3pm until god knows when. When the lady left her shift she told the next staff and have no idea what or when the truck left. No water in the truck and windows were cracked. It was very hot that day. I did see the no pet policy. So why wasn’t and something done when reported?!? Sad!!!

Awesome staff. Super clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Rooms were pretty specious.

While we arrived, we found out that the lobby is being renewed. One of the reasons we came here was the shared space where we hoped all our kids (we were 4 families) could play and share some time together. We weren't notified about the fact it was under renovation, and therefore closed, before we came. I believe a short message would be appropriate. Besides that the hotel is very good value for money.

Good location for the price to restaurants, mall, the Bayfront, and Gannon University. We like the breakfast too.

The biggest thing I didn’t like is that the air conditioner went on and off all night. It’s a battle of being hot and cold, tossing the blankets on and off. One small thing is that the coffee cups in the lobby are too small. I noticed many people overflowing the cups and spilling hot coffee.

liked the room which was much bigger than i expected and even had a extra room with tub which i wasnt expecting. bed was comfortable, couch wasnt . it was clean and quiet. front desk staff were helpful and freindly. hotel is close to highway in and many restaurants and stores if you need something. tip for fellow traveleers, if you have a choice of going down peach street or 79 to get somewhere, peach looks like a straight shot but usually takes forever. choose 79 to get down to lake , the Niagara,

breakfast. believe there were some mini muffins. the standard waffles, sausage wasnt the tastiest. dont beleive there was any bagels or cream cheese. no cranberry juice. it was ok, but breakfast is one of the deciding points when i reserve rooms. dont recall there being any oatmeal but maybe i missed it.
