liked the room which was much bigger than i expected and even had a extra room with tub which i wasnt expecting. bed was comfortable, couch wasnt . it was clean and quiet. front desk staff were helpful and freindly. hotel is close to highway in and many restaurants and stores if you need something. tip for fellow traveleers, if you have a choice of going down peach street or 79 to get somewhere, peach looks like a straight shot but usually takes forever. choose 79 to get down to lake , the Niagara,

breakfast. believe there were some mini muffins. the standard waffles, sausage wasnt the tastiest. dont beleive there was any bagels or cream cheese. no cranberry juice. it was ok, but breakfast is one of the deciding points when i reserve rooms. dont recall there being any oatmeal but maybe i missed it.

Very nice and clean hotel with a lot of amenities. This was our last stop after 10 days trip to Canada and we made the right choice to book this hotel as our transit place. We stayed 2 nights there. They have a coin laundry (decent price), swimming pool, gym, and also amazing breakfast in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean with 2 queen beds and a sofa, we have plenty of room. The bathroom was nice too. PS: Big extra point for 24hrs supply of coffee and chocolate :D

None. If any, the bathtub/shower area was a little narrow and there was a little puddle of water, but I wouldn't say this is a big problem, as it was easy to fix. Otherwise, very good!

they call themselves "green" but for some reason, they employ styrofoam and throw away plastics for their breakfast/break room. We know better. This stuff is poisonous to the planet and our food. You're not green if you're sending 10 bags of polystyrene to the landfill every day. I'd rather pay for breakfast versus creating so much waste in the interest of making it "free". Brewed coffee would be a nice option instead of the liquid concentrate stuff that all the wyndham properties seem to have adopted.

Stop here regularly on my travels. Quiet location, new dollar genal just built 2 doors down, excellent family style restaurant next door with good food and staff. For those that use the pools, there is a water slide, splash pads and a hot tub. Also, a second quieter pool for those that wish.

Really have no complaints. I stop, eat at the restaurant, and am usually on the road by 4am..... They make sure I have a coffee before I leave, I guess I could complain that one time it was cold and the night staff was not available at that time to make me a fresh pot, lol.

We were there to visit Splash Lagoon. It was the perfect location to that and close everything else on Peach Street. Breakfast was great. No frills but enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. The breakfast attendant was diligent in making sure everything was filled promptly. Ruth at check in was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was warm.

Nothing that the hotel could control. A team of girls and parents overtook the pool area for a while. I was accepting of that. What I wasn’t ok with was the fact that they had 6 packs of bottles in there. Drink all you want but bottles? One broken bottle in a pool area could be a disaster for bare feet…

Great breakfast, and clean and comfy rooms. The receptionist was absolutely great. I paid with Booking wallet, but the one time credit card that Bookings.com provided did not go through and the receptionist discussed with Bookings and refused to even put a security charge on my credit card or even take my credit card because she clearly explained to Bookings that since I already paid with my account in Bookings it is up to them to sort it out. Eventually Bookings sorted it out. They were asking me to give them my credit credit card even that I already aid with my Wallet. So the Receptionist went above what was expecting from her to defend me as a customer. Just great experience.

The person working at the front desk, Dorian, was awesome! He was very professional and personable. What a wonderful ambassador to great two haggard travelers making a cross-country trip. Equally fantastic were the beds! They were AH-MAZING, semi-soft, not like the cinder block beds at other hotels. We're customers for life now!!

There were a few 5-inch silver hairs in the bathroom, sitting "upright" on the countertop behind the faucet. We have red/brunette hair. I informed Dorian. He promptly apologized, documented it and told me how quickly he'd resolve it. We left the hair for the housekeeping personnel to retrieve.

breakfast spread was great. Room was super clean. Very surprised with the soaps, shampoos etc. But also that there was coffee available in the lobby as well as the room. Location was perfect, as it was right off the 90 exit.

Was surprised at the lack of landscaping around the building. Lots of overgrown bushes and weeds. As well as in the pool area. Went swimming at 9am and there was an entire basket of dirty towels, The quality of the pool towels left something to be desired, they were practically old kitchen hand towels

Breakfast could be a bit more elaborated. Lobby fridges had to have at least beer to be purchased. Coke/Pepsi products as well. Add other vending machines to the lobby, especially because the hotel has no restaurant. My room had a pleasant smell, towels were fluffy, good toiletry products.

Lack of beverages and snacks to purchase at the lobby. This would be convenient for some guests (like me). During my stay, since I got back from my last meeting early and I had a lot to work on in my room, I had only water to drink.

Very friendly and helpful check-in counter attendant on the night of June 8 when I came into the hotel. Helped out with restaurant options too. Loved the warm lighting in the bathroom in my room. Fridge was cold enough, and the bed very comfortable. Only thing that could be better is breakfast -- there were hardly any bananas left at 8 am.

Breakfast bar didn't have enough fruit. Checkout should be noon, and not 11 AM.
