It has had a huge makeover. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms completely up to cleanliness standards and beyond. I love the upgrade they have dove with using the dove products.

Nothing it was an all around great experience

Did not have breakfast. I want to go back and stay longer!! The room we had was beyond what I expected!! I wish I had been able to spend more time in the room. I loved the comfy chairs! It was very clean.

Lol. The stairs between first floor and elevators. horrible!! Somebody forgot how to build a ramp for full access for everyone, and traipsing up and down the stairs with multiple little people and suitcases was not good.

this hotel is beautifully and newly renovated. The lobby is welcoming with a gas fireplace, the staff are gracious and professional, the rooms are beautifully appointed, and the beds are very comfortable.

There's a set of stairs in the corridor from the front desk to the elevator. it's only a few stairs but after surgery they were a challenge, and forget it if you use a wheelchair. You'd have to go all the way around the building outside to get to the rear doors.

the 50.00 deposit I had to pay when checking in even though I prepaid for the Room days ahead of time. was not told about this until I arrived. deposit takes several days to get back which is not convenient

Our room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was so convenient to our needs in the Kulpsville area and the hostess who greeted us upon our arrival was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Convenient location close to turnpike. property was well lit and lots of parking. The room was large and very clean.

I wish I knew prior to booking that it was under construction. I have pretty bad allergies and did have some effects from that. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

We checked out of another hotel in the same area due to many disappointments and your hotel was far superior, thank you.

Everything was fine

Property is under renovations, however that did not hinder our stay at all. Staff was friendly. The room was a nice size. The bed was comfy!

The only negative I would say is cleaning staff did not wipe off near the tv stand, there was residue left from something.
