Everyone was friendly and it was clean!

You can’t turn the shower on easily without being in it (which is tough since the water comes out cold at first lol, but not a huge deal.)

Staff is outstanding. The coffee shop needs improving. Hotel was very comfortable and located close to a excellent Mexican restaurant.

$12 over night parking charge for a non secured open air parking lot in a suburban setting.

I believe Coffee should be complementary, but had to pay.

Online it states They have a bar, which they don't. Also it say they have breakfast for additional cost, and they don't it's just Starbucks finger foods.

Everything was great but what stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff was to me.

I told and showed the desk clerk that the rooms were being advertised on the Courtyard site for $139.00 for that night we stayed there. She said sorry, she could not do anything about it as we booked it earlier that week and that was the rate at the time. Right after I asked her to change the rate and she refused, the next couple asked her for a room and she booked it at $ 139.00. I think this is Very poor customer relations. I stay at that hotel at least 6 times a year as my family lives close by and when we visit, we have been staying there. I will think twice next time as there are many choices in that area. The location is convenient for day trips to Philly, only a 6 minute drive from the Doylestown regional train which takes you to Center City, and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and quick, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a limited breakfast offered to be picked up at your convenience the next morning.

The listing mentioned a pool, and there is no pool. Also, there is a parking fee that isn’t mentioned on the website, but only in reviews.

The location was perfect , the room was perfect , it was quiet & very clean.

It was close to the local mall and several places to eat. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the view wasn't bad either. The staff was great to deal with and very friendly. I don't really have any major problems with the spot and would recommend that people stay with them. I look forward to my next stay with the Marriott!

The only real complaint I have is that I had to pay for the parking, but it was only $10. That was the first time I've had to pay for parking at a hotel. However, on the other hand the facilities were very secure. You couldn't even get in the front door without a key or by being buzzed in. I felt very safe there.
