The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good with offerings of both hot and cold foods. My daughter loved the waffles. Our room was just perfect for our needs, and we loved having a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

It would be nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast, such as sausage one day and bacon the next. The eggs were fair. Water was in the eggs, probably from being in the steamer, but they weren't bad either. We did find a few bits of paper left on the floor and sofa bed in our room, but we just took care of it.

Hotel was very clean and room was nice with comfy beds and microwave and frig included in the room. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We all thought the breakfast was great and managed well by an employee. Staff was courteous and we would def stay here again.

Front desk and housekeeper we interacted with were very nice. One wasn’t too pleasant as she stepped out the elevator. Not a hi or smile at my toddler granddaughter but whatever. Other lady was very cordial! VERY CLEAN!!

The one rude housekeeper on Monday morning coming out of the elevator with a huge hamper bin. Not a fan of the breakfast but we always bring our own stuff anyway so no big deal. Also, we had to ask for blankets for the sofa bed which should have already been in the closet.

Everything was good and clean. We actually liked that no one came to clean the room everyday. It felt more like a home away from home because of that. And whenever we needed towels or anything we were able to get what we needed easily.

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some variety of fruits and different selections each day. We had a small problem with ants by the window and the first two days the hall smelled like chlorine and gym socks but the smell eventually went away.

Everything, from the staff to the room to the food. This was a great experience!! We really were impressed with the whole ambience, the rooms were clean, the people were friendly and the cleaning crew as very helpful.

The gym was not as good as other hotels. Free weights and benches to do sit ups might had helped and make the stay healthier. A more upgrated Gym would be helpful.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air quality and air conditioning were very good. The rooms and halls were very quiet and peaceful, which helped us to sleep well. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. We were happy that the person at the desk was able to arrange for us to have both rooms located on the first floor. The location was very convenient. The parking facility is very spacious and easy to navigate.

The shower head/flow of water is not strong enough. The recreation room and indoor pool are too small.

Everything was great except the one dislike listed below

We were in room 201 and there was no curtain liner to block out the car park light directly outside our window which was on all night and it made it seem like it was daylight at all times. We are now staying in the comfort suites in Gettysburg and they have the curtain liner in place and it makes all the difference.

Breakfast good have been a little more desirable. Eggs could have been fresh eggs versus powdered eggs. I don't eat beef, so having home fries or potatoes, better breads and muffins, or fresh oatmeal versus packet oatmeal. And more fresh fruits (grapes, berries, apples, and so on) We didn't enjoy the fact that room service isn't offered while your staying at the hotel. The rooms aren't freshened up or beds made

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent and well stocked.

The beds were comfortable but too soft. If possible families with children should have first floor rooms. Children being children were constantly running and jumping on the floor above ours. The room needs to be updated, stains on the rug. The sofa looked very worn and not very clean. we would not sit on it.

Looked like the hotel had an upgrade. Very nice. The American Music Theatre was within walking distance.

The restaurant had a limited menu for dinner & it was expensive. The pizza was good though The staff had their children there - running around playing games without any supervision. I did not notify the front desk. They should have seen it - you couldn’t miss it. The children were 8-10 years old; not toddlers.
