What made a positive stay was the staff at the time of check-in, greeting 7s after a very long drive, We needed an additional room sgecwas able to accommodate us, at last minute she was very patient, attentive and very polite.

checking out, it was very unpleasant having the cleaning lady, not surecifcitcwas a supervisor rushing me get out, she had no knowledge of my arrangement of checking out at 1p.m. she was very confrontational, she not only was knocking at our room, but followed me to the front desk, After I clarifyed and explained to the front desk and they read the notes left from the staff the night before, it was clear that day staff is in need of better people skills and communication.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the TV powering itself on just before 3 am, waking my family with an emergency alert sound. It also powered itself off after the alert sound. I immediatly called the front desk every 5-10 minutes for nearly an hour, to inquire of the emergency alert/self powering of the TV and recieved a busy tone each time. Breakfast was clean and pleasant. I stepped aside to the front desk to inquire of the alert/self powering TV. The pleasant woman seemed to be very unaware of the alert, the self powering TV, and also indicated that the front desk phone was not tied up during those hours. Must be a harmless ghost in 306 lol. But hey, the place was clean and pleasant!

We all lost over an hour of sleep because the TV gave an emergency alert and the front desk line was busy. And there was no answer for this incident.

The room and common areas were all neat, clean and current in terms of bedding and decor. The breakfast area was spacious enough for all to be seated without being on top of one another. The food bar was clean and replenished as needed. The location was perfect for the local sites that were planned for. all together a good experience and excellent value. Plan to go back in late summer and will circle back to this location.

Tub faucet valve was leaking (constant dripping) which you could hear in the sleeping quarters, dampened by piling up some wash clothes underneath. Forgot to tell the front desk till we were checking out. Small potatoes but something housekeeping should be keeping an eye out for.

Clean and Comfy and spacious room (2nd floor, 3 story hotel, elevator or interior stairs) and Quiet (briefly heard a pet yap a bit inside a room we walked by but no issues) Nice very friendly staff. Standard breakfast items but on a better scale than most in a larger room. Plenty of self and safe parking. Enjoyed the minutes before and at sunrise getting our small dog out and seeing the sun rise over a large open field and farm house in the distance that bordered the back of the hotel. (Even if not too far a Mall type area just a short drive) We would stay here again.

Breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect. Also, while out on Sat afternoon, 12/9/23, I fell at the bird n hand farmers market parking lot. By the time we got back to the hotel I could barely walk. We got to our room then my friend went out to get bandages, Tylenol and dinner for us. We had tickets for a Dutch Apple dinner theater but we could not go. When my friend got back she stopped at the front desk asking if there was a wheelchair to help get me to the car the next morning. I cannot say enough about the front desk on duty. I can’t recall their names, maybe Christine and Paula??, but I’m sure you can check. They brought extra pillows and ice to my room. Then one of them brought a blanket as I was getting chills because of the ice. The next morning one of the women weee back working and she assisted us with the wheelchair. Now I call this going above a beyond. I will certainly be back in the spring when my friend and I are back to see a replacement show at the Dutch AppleTheater. Again I cannot say enough about your staff, made me feel better when I could have been in tears with ruining our one girls weekend away. Thank you.

Nothing, all was perfect!

All went well, but we were disappointed in the breakfast. When we stayed there before there was always hot fresh oatmeal. Now you have to make it yourself from a bag. And it really didn't have the great selections it once had. As for the room, it was comfortable and clean. Just disappointed in the fact that we were for three nites and they only cleaned the room once.

When I booked my room through booking.com the prices were much lower, but when we received our bill it was much higher. Both booking.com and La Quinta said it wasn't their fault. So now we will dispute these charges. Always check your confirmation.

The breakfast was wonderful and the person in charge was very attentive and friendly. This is a feature that would bring us back again. The location was conveniently and the room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived a few minutes before 3, there was a sign on the lobby desk that said “we will be back shortly.” I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby before anyone showed up. ( As we arrived, it looked like a lot of staff were leaving.). When the desk clerk finally arrived and people were waiting, she commented that we were lucky to check in an hour early. (We have never had a problem checking in an hour early anywhere we have stayed on a Thursday afternoon in Lancaster.). Whether we could check in or not, it is not good to arrive and have no person at the desk to at least welcome you and tell you if there is a wait. Not a good policy….and not a good attitude of this employee!

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to everything, but off the main highway so very quiet. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. There is a gazebo outside and an area to grill. The hotel is next to a farm so there was a country smell outside, but I could not smell anything indoors. The pool is small but not crowded, so it was fine. There was a variety for breakfast. The mini pancakes were good and the machine was so easy to use. 24 hour coffee and tea was available, which was great for hot tea in the middle of the night.

The hotel could use some minor updating. When unpacking in our room we thought the shower was dirty but there was a big rust stain in it. The room size was okay but the beds are really high.

Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean. Everything was working in the room (a/c, TV, fridge, micro...). Lobby is very warm and inviting. All employees we encountered were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were super easy and fast. Pillows are great! Love the desk and chair, I was able to do my work without issue and the WiFi never dropped.

Need nightlights - only lighting was super bright, especially in the bathroom. Fan not working. Blankets - more of a bedspread and that thing on the end of the bed is not needed, it looks like a table runner. Save money on things like that and get better and more blankets! Should be extra blankets in the closet, I ended up buying a blanket for the 2nd night to make it more comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed our stay.

Price was higher than expected. We had a discount card that listed Wyndham as one of the participating hotels, but no one seemed to think the hotel took it, so we did not receive any discount. That is why we chose this hotel because it was listed on our card as a participating hotel for the discount. We would have chosen another location if we had of known that. Our AC didn't work when we checked in and they got maintenance to come check, would be a while so we ended up moving to another room, all was fine.
