The room was nice and spacious with a pull out couch and also had a little refrigerator and a microwave with a little sink, a good value with what you get.

The only complaint I have is when we first got there they said my reservation was cancelled I didn't understand, turns out they don't reserve rooms for local residents I had recently moved but I had a bill with my name and new address if I didn't have that I wouldn't have been able to stay, I don't understand that because they are still having a customer pay for a room shouldn't matter how close they are to the hotel sometimes especially as parents we wanna just get away for the night and I seen a family that had about 4 kids being turned away because I guess they were considered local. There should be something on the website stating that because I didn't see anything about it.

Everything went very well. From check in to check out everything was really nice.

The breakfast! The information needs to be changed on the Booking.com information page. It was NOT a breakfast buffet!! It was a continental breakfast. I understand that times change and prices fluctuate. One of the reasons we booked this particular place was for the breakfast. Kind of disappointed.

We initially checked into a room with very loud guests above us. The staff was very accommodating in moving us to a quieter location and still meeting our needs as far a handicap accessibility. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was sufficient for the pricing of the room.

The location was fine, but GPS was a little difficult to follow. We went 'around the block" before we actually got to the hotel.

The breakfast selections were above exceptional...So much to chose from. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stayed a total of six nights and had a wonderful time.

I unfortunately left all my medications in the bedside table. It was about five hours later when I realized they were left behind, so I immediately called the front desk and asked if they were turned in. We stayed in room 116. The front desk person went to our room but it had already been cleaned and the medications were not there. I was advised to call back tomorrow morning at 8 and see if they were turned in. I truly hope so, because we have another two weeks before I can return back home. I would have hoped the maid service would have thought enough to turn them in.

Clean! Breakfast was nice inclusion and good for self serve. TV had more than couple channels & several movie channels with clear picture cable connection. Beds clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and welcoming unlike many other hotels. Great size room with plenty of space to move around. Seating, carpet, walls, toilet, tub, kitchenette and furniture clean and in good condition. Vending machines all around and full with many food & drink options. Room maintained cool temp throughout our stay! Although hotel stated it was full it was a quiet stay from other vacationers however if you're a light sleeper noise from trucks could cause problems. Free parking for multiple family cars. Great room for basic stay of sleep & bathe. Good price. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

No pool but wasn't a need for us on this stay. No scenic views if you’relookingfor that. No blankets in unit but we also did not call to see if they could've provided some. Could not direct air flow away from bed - We like cool room with warm beds. Fridge froze food on top shelf. Breakfast would've been 10/10 perfect if a breakfast meat like bacon or sausage was offered otherwise we were quite happy with all the options offered. Although everything I noted was clean the bathroom floor could've used a bit more attention from maids. Check-in was not quick and I couldn't understand reason why.

room was very clean and shower was excellent. Towels were great. Staff was courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the pancake machine

Room was very dark caused by dark wallpaper and led lights. Large trees outside room prevented much daylight from entering. Street noise was exceptionally loud, causing difficulty sleeping. No eggs for breakfast

Nice, big, and clean room. The king sized bed was just superb. Layout of the room was great as it is bigger than standard and with a kitchen as a welcome bonus. Close to a lot of attractions, shops, and restaurants. Feels much more expensive than it is.

It is quite close to the intersection and not fully soundproofed. The breakfast was just OK, there is room for improvement, but considering the equipment and price of the room, it is understandable.

The pet area was very nice. It was a large area and it made it easy for us to take our dog out. Our room was very close to the pet area so that was nice!

The location was the most negative thing about the place. It is located in the corner of two splits of an interstate. The traffic is noisy through the night, but that didn't keep us from sleeping. It did, however, wake me up a couple of times. It is also very difficult to get out of the parking lot as far as traffic goes. It's difficult to see when you're looking to the right.

The location was off the highway but not noisy and not far from numerous eateries and shopping. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the mini kitchen was a plus and the bed was comfortable. Staff was also pleasant.

Unforeseen circumstances required us to leave one day earlier than scheduled. We informed the hotel approximately 10:45am the morning of in regards to cancellation and refund for the 2nd night but were informed it was a 2 night minimum and therefore would not be entitled to a refund. Breakfast could have also been more than complimentary..

It was good

There was a dog or dogs that barked til 3 in the morning and started again at 6 am I had to drive 8 hrs home on NO sleep. If you are going to allow dogs the people need to keep them quiet. The other complaint was no bureaus to put clothes away I don’t like living out of a suitcase
