The room was great! Very roomy, had a nice couch and chair in room and you could move TV to face the couch so you could watch TV comfortably there instead of having to lay in the bed! I loved that! The couch also folded out into a bed! It also had a nice little mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge etc. Very nice if you're staying for a longer stay. The free breakfast was delish and great variety. Eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles etc. Very good. Clean room and hotel! And great price!

The one drawback is they are placed right where 2 highways go by on each side of the hotel and at times it is very loud! We had a sound machine on and a few loud trucks in the early am woke us up. Would I stay there again? I would chose a place not up against highways.

Spacious clean room with nice coffee area and very nice bathroom with large vanity and as a plus there was a separate make-up area with shelf. Large tV , 2 windows, plenty of light, 2 very comfortable beds. We usually have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms, but we slept great here. Located on a highway, We were not kept awake by any kind of noise. Further, the manager here is so nice!! Everyone was great. Very nice breakfast with plenty to eat, included too. Plenty of parking right outside the door. Nice workout room too! It is not a modern facility, but we liked it a lot.

When we arrived, we were greeted by such a nice receptionist ( she's pregnant). She told us where to find food and where to go. She is a delight. The room is large and very spacious.

With there not being carpet on the floor in the room, it was a little dirty. There were large crumbs on the floor. The breakfast was terrible. There were lots of carbs and sugar. I think there was sausage gravy, but nothing was labeled. There were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, and assorted juices. I get that it isn't cost productive to have 10oz. cups but those 4oz. ones were frustrating.

- Breakfast. The pancake maker is everything every other review is saying it is. We abused it. Plus, Chobani yogurt. And other good stuff. They did not cheap out. - Our King suite had couches + center table. We could use that space like a mini living room. - Has a small dining table in one corner. Very useful with a toddler in tow. Never enough flat spaces.

- Carpets have not been cleaned in a long time. - Room darkening curtains don't really darken entirely. About what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. But these days maybe not. Need an upgrade. - Whole town smells like cow dung. But that's not the property's fault. Part of the Lancaster, PA experience. Haha!

Breakfast was ok. Of course it was much better prior to the COVID. I was able to get oatmeal & yogurt so that was good.

Usually the check-in is seamless. Never, ever had a problem. This is possibly my fifth or sixth time at this location. However there is always a first. Jeremiah, the front desk person decided to be brusque and truculent .He would further begin to speak to me in a slower measured tone. Why? This is unacceptable. I was shocked.

Room was clean and nice set up for our family The breakfast food was delicious The staff was kind Drove back roads to the sight and sound theatre to see the farms

The road noise was loud at night as our room faced the highway The pancakes machine was slow so had to wait behind other guests for that food

We loved our King's suite. We liked that it was close to Sight and Sound. It was affordable and clean.

We didn't like that the outside door by our room was not locked after late hours as it had said on the door. I spoke to 2 different people at the front desk, but nothing was done.

Everything went very well. From check in to check out everything was really nice.

The breakfast! The information needs to be changed on the Booking.com information page. It was NOT a breakfast buffet!! It was a continental breakfast. I understand that times change and prices fluctuate. One of the reasons we booked this particular place was for the breakfast. Kind of disappointed.

The room was nice and spacious with a pull out couch and also had a little refrigerator and a microwave with a little sink, a good value with what you get.

The only complaint I have is when we first got there they said my reservation was cancelled I didn't understand, turns out they don't reserve rooms for local residents I had recently moved but I had a bill with my name and new address if I didn't have that I wouldn't have been able to stay, I don't understand that because they are still having a customer pay for a room shouldn't matter how close they are to the hotel sometimes especially as parents we wanna just get away for the night and I seen a family that had about 4 kids being turned away because I guess they were considered local. There should be something on the website stating that because I didn't see anything about it.

Staff was very very good and accommodating and friendly. Room was overall neat and clean, breakfast was decent. But the best feature is the staff from the front desk to the kitchen people to the cleaning people- excellent service and attention.
