We had to change rooms due to the 1st room not being handicap. No large comfortable chair to relax. There was only a window seat to high for a handicap person to use.The staff were awesome. Gave us a chair from the lobby to use for my mother. The heater in the room didn't not work the second evening and no maintenance. They offered to change rooms again on the 3rd floor, but the trip was already hard for my mother so we declined. 1st floor should all be handicap rooms wheelchair accessible. Again the staff were marvelous ✨️!

No comfy chairs in room. Heater broke. No other handicap rooms on 1st floor.

The breakfast was really good. In addition to the typical continental breakfast bread/bagel/muffins, there was always some type of eggs/sausage items included. (I'm diabetic, so getting protein is important to me.) And, my husband really enjoyed the waffles. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The bed and pillow could have been a little softer for me. However, my husband liked it. And, our room was right next to the dining/kitchen area. So, the sounds from that area were a little louder than we'd prefer in the mornings.

It was great but hours weren’t posted. Also nothing besides coffee to drink and water was hard to find as the vending machine didn’t have any either. Coffee bar was excellent though.

First room smelled like weed and we needed to change. No jetted tub after I requested. Hair dryer didn’t work in room. Water was hard to find.

We made the same trip two weeks prior and stayed in a hotel double the price and the room was not nearly as clean, spacious, or comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. A restaurant right next door that offers a discount for staying at the hotel is a great perk as well! After a long drive we wanted to eat and sleep. We were incredibly satisfied.

I liked the ease of check in and check out at odd hours.

It seems that we got the last available room, which was seemingly handicapped only, with a shower head that wouldn't go higher than four feet over the floor, and there was only a single bath towel for three people booked for the room.

Breakfast sandwiches were frozen, premade omelet was cold and all had to be heated in microwave. Hotel was full due to local college event so there was a line for microwave. There was only 1 microwave for everyone. Had to take all our food and drinks to our room and heat up in the microwave we had in there. Ended up going to local restaurant for breakfast

Good enough Security of parking area was a serious problem. I had to almost empty my car to my room. Although my room was at 1st flour But a real Gentleman did a nice favoure to me & change that to upstairs. I really appreciate for that

Breakfast was good. Several things to choose from. Staff just need to pay attention and keep the food items stocked especially during the busy hours. Had to go ask for food to be restocked and this was at 830am.

I didn’t like the fact that their was bagged food in the fridge from the previous guest when we checked into the first room. ( We we’re moved to another room) it just made me wonder HOW well the room was cleaned. I retired early (after 20 years) from a major Hotel chain and I check everything thoroughly upon check-in.

Would of gave it a 10 but I askes for a later checkout, the gentleman said he would mark it down and didnt so we were semi bothered with a call about checkout

Begin semi bothered about the checkout time. Asked for the 1pm checkout was told it would be taken care of and it was not. This isnt the 1st time this has happened to us so PLEASE whem someone ask for the later checkout make sure its passed on!!!

The Breakfast was good. I liked the waffles and the breakfast sandwiches. There was a good variety of options for the meal. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced. The bed was made in the middle of stay.

The tub didn't drain well. The key didn't work the second day. The hot tub was broken.
