The room was amazing, it was like staying in our own private apartment for the night. One of the most comfortable stays I've ever had with our large blended family. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the free breakfast was well stocked and fresh. I think the best part of the stay was the staff...everyone from check-in to check-out that I came into contact with was exceedingly professional, warm and friendly.

Very quite and comfortable. Room was big a roomy to accommodate my family of 5. Close to family activities. A+ to employee "Kim" who on her break jumped in friendly and tossed the football around with our Littles too.

The wear in furniture and curtains appearance caused by pets,from past guests. Breakfast wasn't fully stocked and prepared due to a late employee.(cudos to the employee who step up and attempted to provide something)

We had been forewarned that hotels were not providing full breakfasts even though it was advertised. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the variety of items available.

We were fine with the breakfast. Can’t think of any else except maybe some toppings for the oatmeal.

Rooms were clean ,dark when curtains drawn, and QUIET! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. I love having a kitchen in the room with a toddler, it's very helpful.

A little pricey, check in could be just slightly earlier.

Place was very cute, clean and friendly staff.. the beds were hard:( shower curtain liner was too short and that in turn lead to a very wet shower floor ... but all in all... I liked the hotel for sure!

Few repairs needed to lighting, room king bed with sofa bed very small..sofa bed not comfortable at all

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Comfortable bed.

Did not like the setup of room. The pull out sofa was small and right next to the air conditioner. TV was on the side of the bed. Awkward position watching t.v. Breakfast was a tiny selection and the yogurt had expired three weeks ago. I was also charged more than I had expected to be.

Light maintenance issues such as the vent/ light in bathroom was really dirty, light bulb replacements in rooms + hallways, elevator inoperable for a day by our room however was operating later that night. Indoor pool/hot tub wasn't open
