The staff was super friendly and the facilities were very clean..loved the shuttle as the first two days we were there we were having trouble renting a car. My "wife"and I are disabled one morning I was taking a nap when I woke up I figured she was outside on the bench having a cigarette (bench is a nice touch btw)I ran down to the lobby and heard one of the staff say Sir Sir are you looking for your wife? I said yes I am they told me the shuttle took her into town to Walmart helped her in and out of the van I laughed and said thought she ran off on me lol. The staff was always interested in our "plans" and we're courteous enough to ask how it went and remembering where we went. Awesome Experience

You could use a swimming pool other than that everything was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was safe and near the highway. You're next to an airport but we didn't hear one plane. The first room they put us in had no hot water so they moved us across the hall and that room was fine. Breakfast was good. The best part of the hotel for me was the espresso/latte machine. I was so happy they had that.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal was a bit stale and the juice machines. I don't know if they were cleaned recently, but the juice we got out of it tasted very odd

Overall very nice hotel that was clean and comforting with great accommodations. I would definitely stay here again if I do come back to the area.

I wish they had two people sitting at the desk instead of one. The line for check-in or anything that needed assistance with the front desk was a little bit of a wait.

Great staff! Had trouble with the payment, due to problems with their card reader, employees have been so helpful and we luckily managed to resolve the issue! Bed's are comfortable as well!

Lowest fan setting on the AC is still very loud

Very clean and comfortable. Quick pick up and drop off at the airport. Everyone was really friendly. The included breakfast was pretty good and included a cup by cup coffee maker that also did espresso. Great stay!

No real frills, but this was the perfect place for a quick overnight before we flew out!

This is a nice hotel: very clean, comfortable beds, well-maintained, and offers several options for breakfast. We would happily stay there again.

They needed more help with breakfast. By the time we got there at 8:30 most selections were gone and the one guy on staff was working as hard as he could to restock the food. People were standing around waiting.

The breakfast was just ok. The pancake machine was fun to look at but the pancakes were rubbery and stuck to the plates. The eggs were tasteless but about the same as most hotels. The bagels were fresh and the best part of breakfast. Coffee was good as well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The counter height in the bathroom was too low. It wasn't a handicap room because it had a regular bathtub. The counter was kids height.

The staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, quiet and clean. Great value and not much traffic.

Maybe have a little more variety for breakfast.

Check in was painless and the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very helpful.

There were only 2 minor problems. 1) the door to the room was open when we arrived; and 2) the floor by the a/c unit was slightly damp, indicating possible leakage.
