The staff was super friendly and the facilities were very clean..loved the shuttle as the first two days we were there we were having trouble renting a car. My "wife"and I are disabled one morning I was taking a nap when I woke up I figured she was outside on the bench having a cigarette (bench is a nice touch btw)I ran down to the lobby and heard one of the staff say Sir Sir are you looking for your wife? I said yes I am they told me the shuttle took her into town to Walmart helped her in and out of the van I laughed and said thought she ran off on me lol. The staff was always interested in our "plans" and we're courteous enough to ask how it went and remembering where we went. Awesome Experience

You could use a swimming pool other than that everything was great.

The breakfast was just ok. The pancake machine was fun to look at but the pancakes were rubbery and stuck to the plates. The eggs were tasteless but about the same as most hotels. The bagels were fresh and the best part of breakfast. Coffee was good as well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The counter height in the bathroom was too low. It wasn't a handicap room because it had a regular bathtub. The counter was kids height.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. It worked out for us because we had a very early flight. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us find a place for dinner.

Our only complaint was that the room that we stayed in smelled like old cigarette smoke. This was unfortunate because the room was very nice and appeared to be clean. Other than that, we were happy with the facilities.

Breakfast was adequate. It was a Tuesday and not very many guests but quite satisfactory. The reception/owner was super friendly and I complimented him on the hotel appearance and immaculate cleanliness.

Location somewhat remote and one road in and out. A little confusing even with GPS.

Best place we stayed at our entire trip. We were gone 12 days and stayed in hotels all but three. You’re planning to go back to Pennsylvania works best for that area lava and will definitely stay there again.

The best thing about this location, was the staff!!! they were so nice and understanding! They weren't tight with anything!!! We really appreciated the service we got from these hotel staff!

Great hotel in the area. Love the pool. Great handicapped room. Upscale environment. Quiet location. Good breakfast options. Love the pool.

Only provide housekeeping services every other day. That's Ok because of COVID but should tell us that during check-in. New towels were available at desk though.

we stayed for the skiing family weekend. Very nice breakfast included. the hotel is very close to Montage mountain - only 9 min drive. very nice staff, clean and convenient. Lots of restaurants around
