We liked the staff, from front desk, to casino , to the bartenders and waitress...superb

The fact, at the Glass bar, your customers who are spending a lot of money between rooms and casino, you should be offering them free drinks as most casinos do. The restaurant Lucky 8 needs an overhaul. Not on food, that is amazingly delicious, but on how it is run. A whole room next door that can probably fit 25-30 people is not utilized. If it was, your host wouldn't be running around like a nut, and calling customers when their table is ready, that is insane. This keeps him from helping the waitresses and the restaurant itself. There isn't enough nightly entertainment, other bars or restaurants

I loved most things about Mount Airy Resort & Casino. The rooms were very clean & modern. The pool / pool area was great. The food in the pool area was the best food of all the restaurants. The pool staff & cook were pleasant & happy to cook & serve us. The majority of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The front desk person at the spa could use an attitude adjustment. She has zero personality and was borderline rude. Same goes for the female that was in charge of valet when we checked out. She was rude both to the valet workers & patrons. There was no Starbucks in the resort as advertised which was a bummer because all 9 of us are coffee drinkers.

The casino is somewhat secluded, which is great! I'm not a gambler. I wanted to enjoy the comfort and the ambiance of the luxurious accommodations of the resort's king suite and I was not disappointed. Excellent experience the room had beautiful hardwood floors, amazing amenities , comfortable bed, and furnishings. I enjoyed the fitness center as well it has plenty of modern equipment and free weights! Overall great place to visit. My new getaway spot!

Only thing maybe a mini fridge you can use in the rooms. I really have no complaints about the accommodations.

The view from our room was amazing! The room was very cozy and the staff treated us very well. I loved the fact that Valet was included and the guys that helped us with our bags, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were all very pleasant.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool wasn’t heated. It was almost freezing cold and we visited early December, so it made the temperature of the water uncomfortable. The pool deck was also very slippery and they didn’t seem to have enough staff members to keep the area free of towels, empty cups, and water. I also did not care for the cigarette smoke lingering into the restaurant areas.

The check- in was fast,, the staff were very accommodating, the beds were like sleeping on air, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was relaxing. Nice complimentary towels in the pool area. Complementary valet parking if you booked a room.

They charged me a $50 security deposit. No refrigerator in the room that we could use. they said we could rent one for $26.00 the mini fridge was stocked with liquor that we didn't use. we brought our own. Needed your room key for the elevator to ride up, and access into the pool area. The pool was cold even though it was heated. No hot tub No one were using the day beds in the pool area, probably because they were extra.

The greeting at the desk at check-in was professional but friendly. Was great to have our room upgraded when they heard we were celebrating our anniversary. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, including the valets. Loved the pool and the music. Also the food at the pool was great. The resort was the right size for us. It is not overwhelmingly large and overcrowded.

The restaurant choice was very limited. Would have enjoyed a sandwich/salad coffee shoo type in addition to guy fiery. Also a coffee and pastry shop and ice cream and Gelato. If there were more choices we would not have gone off property in search of these which would be advantageous to us and also to the resort by keeping the revenue in house.

Of course the amazing pool. About the best we've come across, and we've traveled extensively. It was very well kept, with a close proximity to the pool bar:) Our room was very clean and comfortable. The house keeping was "spot on". The maids were very accommodating. Location was good for hiking, which we did a lot of. The trails were conveniently close. Seven days was just the right amount to see all that we came to see, including our trip to Scranton to follow the "Office" memorabilia.

Only thing was our room, 260 was directly above the venue that had a convention. The band played until 1000 PM. We're early to bed people so it distracting. However it was only that one night. After that it was a very peaceful stay/

The food was very good, the waitress and waiters were pleasant but had minor issues with making sure we got separate checks. All the cleaning staff would say good morning and we're very pleasant.

Our room was at the other end of the hall and I guess we should have asked for a room closer to the elevators as the walking distance was to much for my family member. Also, the shower in the room had no hand rails to hold on to which was a danger to us both. Luckily no one got injured. As a non-smoker I found smokers on the non-smoker side of the casino, some just walking or standing around smoking. But I do appreciate the casino having two separate sections.

The property is gorgeous!! Mini golfing, a gazebo for pictures, a casino for some small (or big) wins! It’s absolutely amazing here!! The pool and poolside bar was fantastic, and the restaurant was delicious! Their room service breakfast was good too! I didn’t get a chance to go to their spa, but it looked relaxing and the customer service reps were nice.

I would’ve liked if we could park closer without having to use a valet. The glasses for breakfast were very small for the price. I also would’ve liked if they had a booklet of the restaurants, nearby things to do, and spa/salon instead of using the tv menu. The tv would lose connection so you couldn’t see the restaurant menus. The spa/salon is very expensive too!
