The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.Unfortunately someone vacuumed up one of my earrings and I never heard anything although I let the front desk know. The room was nice and clean and quiet.

I was disappointed with breakfast, I would have preferred a choice of a bagel or English muffin instead of just bread.And the coffee was very weak!

The front desk staff is so wonderful Miss judy is top-of-the-line. Customer Service skills are exquisite. I look forward to visiting them again. Everybody was happy. We had a good time. We love the meeting room. Breakfast was good. There was enough room for everybody comfy feeling when you walk in, just feel so welcome.

No indoor pool

It was in an out of the way area that was very quiet but well lit. The breakfast was varied with fruit, cereals and hot food. The AC unit had a constant fan function which I really love. The hot water never ran out.

The room looked renovated but the bathroom looked like someone tried to salvage what was there. There were some areas of the “hardwood” floors in the room that needed to be cleaned - they had “something” stuck to them.

There was no hot tub in the rooms. I booked a room for the hot tub and when I checked in there was no hot tub it was a huge lie on the booking website. Disappointed. And breakfast was not good at all. Coffee and juice was good breakfast was disappointing

The friendliness and helpful staff person. The comfortable accommodations.

Was there for more than a night and had to recharge the room key each time. Extremely inconvenient. Should be told at registration that this is the hotel’s process for safety . That I do understand. Rather than going up and down the elevator each time.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfy.

The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it. The heater never blew hot air, so we were never quite warm enough. We used the extra blanket and one we brought from home and had to stay covered even when just watching TV.

Room had good beds and a tub.

I ordered a cot to be put in the room, way ahead of time. The room had two queen beds, but there was no cot available and then suddenly I was told the fire marshal came by and said I couldn’t put a cot in the room, unless it was in a king bed room. When booking the cot over the phone, nothing was mentioned about that rule. The request was added and I was told not a problem.

Actual hot breakfast options. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy checkout. Covered parking spots. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Open pool.

Only 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel. Public access carpets (in the hallways) were pretty nasty looking. Check in was a little slow. Pool not monitored in any way. Hotel guests using the pool area were destructive and intrusive. Eating by pool, smoking (cigarettes and marijuana right next to pool, with children in it). Screaming, chasing each other, diving and splashes. Pool was somewhat dirty, likely as a result of these guests. We could not enjoy the pool at all due to this.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, location was good.

Pillows were flat, small and uncomfortable. Mattress did not fit the bed frame, supports were sticking out further than the mattress and I stubbed my toe every time I got into bed.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast

Only one out of 4 of the jets from the hot jets were working and that was the most expensive room. Someone pulled the fire alarm so upon my arrival the police, fire department all arrived and it was a mess.
