right off the highway, very clean and well appointed room with comfy bed, microwave and refrigerator, soft towels and room darkening shades. very quiet- I’m a light sleeper and got a great night’s sleep. There was ample parking.

no restaurant in hotel or walking distance. ADDED: After I was home and wrote this review, I realized I left something in the room. I have called repeatedly and been unable to speak with someone about this lost item. The phone either rings and rings, or someone answers and quickly puts me on hold, then after a long wait, the phone eventually disconnects. This is SUPER frustrating.

Very clean property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic every morning! There are a lot of parking spots and carts for your items. The room was a good size. It is conveniently located to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as major highways. I like the little store by the front desk where you can get food and drink items. The coffee center is open 24/7. There's a popcorn machine in the lobby that is open Monday through Friday. The breakfast area is so cute and everything is labeled properly. There are a lot of seats for guests to eat breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. . There is an awning that is covered to check in so if it's raining you don't get wet. They let me combine my separate bookings for Friday and Saturday so I didn't have to change rooms. They offer many bathroom amenities.

I read this prior to going, but you have to get all the way in the shower to turn it on. This can cause you to get very cold or very hot which is dangerous in some situations. They should make the other glass door a sliding one to prevent this. The amount of television channels could be better.

The staff was some of the best I've encountered any place! Adin went above and beyond to grant our request to keep our rooms close to the elevator and close together. He called housekeeping to find the best rooms that accommodated our needs. He was so welcoming and professional, and Hilton has a real asset in him. Quay was on the desk in the evening, and we had a family gathering in the lobby. She was super sweet and kept up with the crowd of guests checking in all evening long. Breakfast was very good. Often, I don't partake in complimentary breakfasts but did due to the freshness and cleanliness of the items presented. Great job!

I can't think of anything I didn't like!

The breakfast area and the food was one of the best I have ever been to in a hotel. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Location was nice with plenty of parking.

The water for the showers gets insanely hot and with how the doors are there is no way to escape from under it so be sure to try to adjust from outside the best you can (it's a far reach). The train woke us up a few times throughout the night, surprisingly louder then what I thought it'd be but wasn't enough for us to have a bad experience.

The strong disinfecting smell in common hallways. I understand you allow pets and get it but as someone with a lot of allergies this was overwhelming for me. Maybe you could keep some floor last pet free to avoid this smell

Breakfast hours were open until 10am. Banana muffin was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Easy check in and check out.

breakfast was adequate but not so tasty. Turkey sausage instead of regular sausage. Hot food selections were cold, unless you made a waffle. No bagels or English muffins. No Keurig in room. A lot of noise in the hallway late at night/early morning hours.

The breakfast was better than the typical buffet you find at this level of hotel. The rooms and hotel were very clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The toilet in our room had difficulty completely flushing. The front desk sent a serviceman who did a thorough job of plunging and rotary cleaning that improved it some. There seemed to be a bigger issue with the piping.

AC worked well. The walk-in shower was great! There was plenty of room.

Some small things didnt work: the clock and the microwave. I didn't need them to work but it would've been nice if they did. If you're walking towards the breakfast area from the elevators, there's no sign that indicates where the coffee was located at breakfast.

I was impressed with the bathroom. The walk in shower was great and a/c worked just fine. I liked that I could book and have complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff, always greeting you when you walk by.

My only thing I didn’t like was that I requested a crib but didn’t know it was going to be a pack n play.

Comfortable beds, clean.

There are some spots that need cosmetic changes - we have a bathroom that shows a sign of leakage from the room above. There were some tear and wear signs on the front door and bathroo that easily can be fixed. That was a contrast to a luxurious bed cover. .
