The breakfast each morning was wonderful. My family enjoyed all of the different options. We loved all the amenities, the bar, breakfast, gym, laundry room. All the staff were wonderful. We needed extra blankets and trash bags and were willing to come downstairs but they insisted on bringing them to our room. The front desk staff were very nice as well. We enjoyed being able to purchase snacks, water bottles and medicine on site without having to leave the hotel. It was a Wonderful stay!!

The room needs a good dusting. There was dust down the bedroom walls. The microwave and refrigerator need to be cleaned but besides that we enjoyed our room.

South Side Hyatt Place Pittsburgh, had nice outdoor areas. The size of the suite was exceptional. We liked the stocked kitchenette, with glassware, plates etc. The ADA bathroom was designed well and worked fantastic. View was really good and a very nice bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable. We find Hyatt usually has very comfortable beds, and we're happy to have had a very good one this stay. Included breakfast was very well stocked and well maintained, with very good selections.

Daily $20. seperate parking charge for guests. There was a slight smell (odor) near the bed. A musty almost urine smell on occasion. It could not be detected whether it was from the carpeted area near the nightstand or the mattress itself. This was not appreciated. Also, we did not ask (forgot) for daily housekeeping, and our room was not serviced, which was somewhat disappointing.

HYATT House has always been reliably clean and comfortable. This location was no exception. The facilities are well kept, comfortable beds and high quality linens and bedding. Nice location along a riverfront park with lots of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Full hot and cold breakfast buffet was clean and well attended. Parking is tight and an extra charge. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stacked parking in some spaces requires guests to leave their key at the front desk at the threat of being towed. Guests pay additional $20 per night to park.

Liked everything except parking. Area too tight for moderate size cars and too small for large vehicles- trucks/ Large SUV. packing structure across the hotel may offer better space. Should offer valet parking.

Close to many food joints, small but usable pool. Beautiful view of the river. Attended the Vestibular rehab. Certification course from Pittsburgh University. Walking distance 10-12 min and better location than the one recommended by the course organizers litter further away but if traveling with family HYATT was better location.

Hyatt House Southside in Pittsburgh has the best breakfast, very clean, variety of hot and cold food is excellent and the food and coffee are well above average. The staff in general went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Hotel location and room setup are great for anyone that can take advantage of the kitchen and appreciates that the room provides much more than a place to sleep.

I would stay at the Hyatt House Southside again. Here is something that could have improved my stay, that you can avoid. In order to have your room cleaned you must indicate that the day before. I was not apprised of that, and for the three nights I stayed in the hotel, my room was not serviced. However, when I inquired, clean towels were immediately delivered.

The hotel staff and overall quality of my one on one interactions were great. staff went out of there way to ensure my family and I felt welcomed. The Courtyard and fire pit were some of my favorite Common Areas and spaces to work and spend time. Breakfast was served at no cost to us which was an added bonus during our stay. Our hotel suite was stylishly furnished and extremely clean. Overall, 9/10 experience at Hyatt!

the only thing I did not like was the congested parking lot which I understand the hotel had no control over. just plan to turn in a bit early if you want to ensure you snag a comfortable parking space!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the facility was well located in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants, bike/walking trail and waterfront. The hotel is fairly new.

Only three parking spots in front of the Hotel, during check in. Room was not ready upon arrival. Could not use outside patio, due to wedding taking place, could not use pool due to insufficient chlorine level, which could not be rectified until the following day. Requested Room away from ice machine or stairs. Our room was directly across hall from ice machine. $20 fee per day for parking, which we were not told about until we arrived. Not enough parking spaces in garage, so we had to park in a non-parking space.

I loved this hotel it was perfect for what we needed it for. The location was excellent since everything we wanted to do was within 10-20 minutes of each other. There was easy access to a bike path and the area behind the hotel is gorgeous. I barely saw any other guests nor did we hear much outside noises even with the construction going on next door.

The parking garage was crappy and tight and the mini fridge smelled rotten. I was a little upset breakfast stops at 930 on during the week. But there are plenty little coffee shops and breakfast places within a few blocks so it didn't bother me to much

This hotel was wonderful for us. It was clean and everyone was very helpful with information. The room was great with a kitchen and a livingroom and table. It had a nice pool and a patio with beautiful views. A delicious breakfast every morning. It also had a nice workout room which we didn't use but we saw many people using it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I pretty much liked everything, I just would have liked an outdoor pool rather than the indoor one, but I guess if I was visiting in the winter I would appreciate the indoor pool!

the location which was by the river, the quietness, the clean room and staff, very nice and changeable temperature and available buses to the downtown made my stay there very comfortable and pleasant. I will stay there again whenever I will be in Pittsburgh again. Very welcoming and supportive staff in the reception ade everything easy for you.

There was no variation in the breakfast, although everything was available specially nice coffee and different kinds of tea.
