The night manager was really nice and helpful.The reservation had my name listed wrong so I could not get my HH points or the TV and Internet to work in the room. He helped me correct everything.

The room had a sewer smell when we came in, I thought that if we leave the air on for the time we're out it will get cleared. We stayed only a night so by the time we came back it was too late to change rooms and we discovered that the bathroom sink was clogged too. The kitchen chairs were dirty.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean and the lighting in the rooms were great. The hotel was very clean throughout. Very modern and updated. The kitchen and the spacious TV room was very nice. The lady was very nice at the front desk and she let us check in early. The 12 pm check out was convenient. The parking deck was conveniently situated and the price was thrifty.

The bathroom sink located outside the bathroom was inconvenient and doesn't give you privacy from guests in your party. This was my biggest issue I didn't like. The furniture upholstery should be a material that spills can be easily cleaned to prevent stains.

Super clean and spacious rooms

Parking fees. Front desk told me if you park in the parking garage at the hotel, there is a $19 charge per day, but if you park in the public parking across the street from the entrance of the hotel, it was free with the parking pass they give you. However, I got charged $56 even though we only parked in the hotel garage 1 day and parked in the public parking lot the rest of our stay. I called the hotel about the $19 extra day we were charged (plus tax and fees) and was told it was $19 per day not matter where you parked. BUT if we would have paid cash to park in the public lot, it was only $10 per day where the hotel is charging $19. Makes no sense!!

I love that they have lotion in a pump bottle attached to the wall in the vanity area, then in the large shower they have shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in pump.containers attached to the wall. They all smell really clean and fresh! Hypoallergenic Staff is very friendly

I was under impression parking was included but it wasn't, there is a 7 dollar parking tax a night and parking was 20 a night May be better off just paying the attendant to park in the lot next to the hotel. It would be cheaper.

traveling from Japan, first at the checking around 3:00 PM, there was some trouble with my Card. It was early morning in Japan and was difficult to communicate with Japan to arrange anything. the staff at the counter did not suggested me that I can give my relative, friend etc. credit card. If she proposed me that option, then I would be checked in at that time. but the second staff (8 PM) provided me that option. overall I am happy about the staff and the service.

Great location, walking distance to downtown and the strip district. We had a lovely, spacious room that felt like a home. Great coffee in the room. The breakfast was varied. The staff were brilliant. It was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to the US

The breakfast was good, lots of choices. The location was perfect for a .9 mile safe walk to the PPG Paints Arena and back after midnight. This has got to be the Cleanest hotel I have stayed at ever. Nice size room, bathroom was very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone. Very friendly staff for directions, food recommendations, things to do, etc. Can't say enough. Obviously. Lol

We frequent this hotel. They have the best breakfast, rooms are always clean, and comfortable. The location is on point. Close to the strip shopping, but the front entrance is not extremely busy.

They took over the parking lot next to the building and charge $20 now. We use to pay $10 a day to the people running the lot. Also the front desk people aren't always the happiest. But everyone has bad days.

The location of the hotel was perfect. You could walk to different areas near the hotel if you wanted to or drive to different local spots that weren’t far either. The hotel was amazing and will recommend it to everyone.

I wish we would have asked more about the parking situation as we weren’t sure where else to park

Breakfast was accommodating with a decent variety of food. The lobby was large and no worries about seating. The staff very nice.

My husband and I traveled for a wedding, I understand that your accommodations must have check in times. I also understand the increases in prices over the last several years but to pay a little over $300.00 for a one night stay and ask for just a half hour extra should not be unreasonable.
