Very clean. staff friendly, helpful and polite.

The bathroom was inconvenient for two people sharing a room. The shallow hook on the door was insufficient for holding two bath towels after use. There was no hook on which a person could hang either a robe or clothes to be changed into after a shower. This drive me nuts because it’s such an easy fix and so obvious.

Location was great, in a small shopping village. Was able to walk around the village, had restaurant variety and a movie theater which was very nice. Enjoyed breakfast, good variety, nice area. Loved the beds, very comfortable and bathroom features were great, having shampoo, conditioner and gel right in the shower on the wall, great touch.

The room was in the basement. We were unaware of this because it was not stated anywhere, not in the website, not the description, even when I booked it. It was disappointing because I was unaware I was staying in the basement. Should be stated at some point during booking process.

Breakfast was not appealing to us. We should have just had cold box cereal, rather than the hot breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, some sausage and a muffin. I think it was the smell of the food that bothered me.

As a female, I needed better lighting in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror to apply makeup. I did bring my own mirror, but with poor lighting and that I cannot apply makeup and wear my glasses it was difficult.

The location is good, the building is clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast is excellent.

There must be no sound deadening between the metal doors of adjoining rooms. There was a cheerful group next door that was obviously glad to see each other, but we could hear every word almost as well as if they were in the same room. We solved the problem with ear plugs, but be sure to bring some!

the location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. close to beaches and lots of food options. the plaza is being built up with cafes and restaurants and many other things. they even let us check in an hour early! I was ok relaxing in the lobby, but gave us a room. that was a big bonus for my husband and stepson. definitely going back next April.

the only thing was you had to be a member to access Wi-Fi. I loved being “unplugged” but my husband and stepson were expecting it. it was just unexpected. but we will be going back for another stay.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Entire hotel is fresh and clean either newer or recently remodeled. Liked the 24 how fun which we used. Located at side of charming shopping center. This was better value and good location for us visiting Newport, RI. Appreciate plentiful free parking and felt very safe at location.

Room was great but a little small with two queen beds. Couldn't find any map for Newport.

We only made it to breakfast on our checkout day. It was good, love the waffles!

The bathroom door is a little warped so it doesn't latch without pushing with force.

gym was simple but clean, breakfast was free and decent. 24hr coffee, staff was very caring and attentive especially when we had an issue with our key.

handle on tub was very loose, noise from elevator or maybe pool could be heard in room 009, however it didn’t affect our sleep or anything. no dresser for clothes.

Good food with several choices!. We also liked the room which was very clean. The Front desk is accommodating. We needed a private room for my 1 hour group gathering and they graciously offered their conference room in the evening. We appreciate the front desk staff! The location is also very nice as it is close to shops and no rowdy crowd in sight!

It was very clean, very close to Newport and Narragansett. The amenities in the bathroom were appreciated (hand soap, body wash, extra mouthwash, etc).

Breakfast was a little lacking, would have liked a few more options.
