The property was clean, stocked with all we needed, and in a great location. Breakfast was great!

All of the staff were polite and helpful except one person—Julie. She was working the second shift on our last night there—Friday, January 26. When we asked her questions, she sighed, sucked her teeth, and acted like we were bothering her. She did not greet us in a positive or polite manner. We ran out of toilet paper and came down to ask for some and she seem bothered that we interrupted her time with her boyfriend, whom she was hugged up with behind the desk. We also asked to use the grill to cook food on—she hesitated and snapped“ you can use it but I can’t go get propane for it”. She then said “clean up when you’re done”. It’s not so much what she said as how she said it. She was just not a pleasant person. All other staff were polite and wonderful.

Breakfast, pool, location compared to where we wanted to go and explore each day. Mrs. Mary at the front desk made sure to make a connection with us each time she saw us. The lobby was extremely clean, all the facilities worked as expected. Our room was really clean and stocked with essentials.

The stay was great. The only complaints I could make are minor: My son really wanted sausage and is allergic to eggs. The only sausage available for breakfast was inside the bowls with eggs and other ingredients or on the english muffins with eggs and cheese, so he was bummed about that. Also, maybe ventilation at the pool? My kids love to swim and be in water, but I could not stand sitting in the pool area for more than 1.5 hours without my eyes watering and burning from the chlorine. Again, minor inconveniences.

It was just ok. I thought the room coffee was much better than the breakfast coffee. The room only had a small bit of toilet paper left. I had to ask for more. There was no room darkening shade on the window which disturbed my sleep along with the traffic noise. That is the poorest shower design I have ever experienced. There was never any hot water in the evening to wash my face. I had to delay my shower to morning for hot water. The staff was very gracious and responsive.

Sorry read above. The dishwasher was leaking water on the floor and the toilet ran all the time. I reported both and the dish washer was fixed. I reported the toilet issue on the way out.

Very hospitable. Room was large and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We will put this location high on our list for future travels to Columbia.

When we got back to the hotel for the evening, all parking spaces were full and we had to park in an unmarked space along a curb. Probably need to address overflow parking.

The rooms are clean the bedroom comfortable everything better places enjoyable experience

There's nothing I didn't like about the place the people were awesome to work there everybody smiling everybody talking to you if he was great I will stay again

Breakfast was so so.....typical hotel buffet. No surprises. Could have had some bananas as a choice.

For such a new hotel, I was surprised by the corrasion on the bathroom safety rails. How did that happen? The room was huge. Linens and towels were quality. Loved the table that pulled out from the desk so that it could be used for dining.....first that I have seen.

Everything was an amazing experience. Staff was polite. They treat your pet like family. Clean, organized, breakfast has many options, rec areas very clean, indoor pool very clean and not too much chemicals so you really enjoy it... great staff... great area. Less than 3 minutes to mall and many other shops. Short drive to zoo and many other areas.

room was not quite as clean as I would’ve expected. floors in kitchen/bath area appeared to have dirty streaks across the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet had scum under the rims, the pull out sofa was broken but still functional, and the blackout blind didn’t pull all the way down thus allowing a significant amount of light into the room at night.
