The facility was very clean and seemed fresh. Location was perfect. Employees were cleaning, mopping, and even blowing the parking area off constantly. The staff was always professional and kind. Nice having a pool table in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant that is beside the hotel, good food walkable distance.

Our Air conditioner seemed to NOT get colder than 72, even after adjusting it. Wifi blocker would not allow my son's PS5 to connect. (Someone said you must pay a fee to have it unblocked? First time this has ever happened.)

I really liked that the shampoo/condition and body wash were supplied in a normal size, not travel size. The wall thermostat for the ptac was a huge plus! The fresh coffee 24/7 was my favorite!

I've stayed three times in the past two weeks. 1st time the internet went down and I was unable to do any work from my hotel. I also couldn't call the front desk and had to go downstairs to inquire about the internet. Even called the 800 number and they couldn't make contact with the front desk via phone either. 2nd time, I was completely out of body wash, thankfully I brought my own. The toilet paper roll holder was on the floor and the TP was set on the sink. 3rd time AC worked but extremely loud. None of these things would detour me from future stays. Just small inconveniences. ** would love to see late night desserts :-) to go with the delicious coffee!

Breakfast was amazing Flexible with me when I called to notify that my flights were delayed and kept my reservation till I arrived Staff cleaned my room as promised every other day Prime location within great areas Staff was friendly to every problem I had

Nothing to do with Staff by any means but every time something occurred to me and I brought it forward to a Staff member. They were un able to do anything for me due to "system update" if it updated once during my stay...cool but when it updated 3 times once a day and weirdly enough when I brought up and issue? Kinda disappointing to have to be inconvenienced THAT many times. Especially when the system cancelled the use of my room card when I held very heavy objects in my hands.

I liked the location ..it was close to all the places we wanted to travel to. I liked the breakfast the following morning ..rooms were comfortable . The complimentary tea and coffee setup was great. Staff was friendly

I didn't like the room not having a closet or drawers to put up your clothes .several hooks dont equal a closet.. Didn't like not having enough spaces for parking when we got back from dinner .Maybe the large trucks should find parking in another lot instead of taking up 3 to 4 spaces for regular sized vehicles

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to freeways. Rooms are not fancy but functional and clean. Staff is great.

A little noisy. Could hear the people on the floor above stomping around.

Location next to walking trail and shopping.

Not enough parking. For a single woman, the option of parking in an overflow strip mall lot after dark should not be an option.

Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Clean and friendly staff. Front area is great with snacks for purchase and pool table for the kids to play Breakfast was good with hot and cold food.

Weird entrance and not much parking, room walls are thin and we can hear other people making noises.

Your map is awful and might as well not even be on the verification of reservations. Do a map that actulally shows the streets from hgwy 26, as 90 percent of the customers will come from their, and if they don't , it is an easy reference point that is easily found. I SPENT 45 MINUTES TRYING TO FIND THE HOTEL.

Everything was wonderful, loved the decor and how close it was for us to get to Ft. Jackson 's graduation. I can not remember the name of the young man that checked s in on Sunday but he is a jewel! He was so helpful, I wanted to give him a big tip upon check out but we left super early. If not for him taking the time to help us with directions and local info to help us get around our visit would not have been a success. All the staff was excellent!

I forgot to ask for maid services to bring new towels and take out the trash every other day. I was not used to having to ask but that was on me.

Perfect! The staff very friendly, the place very clean. Perfect location, near everything. Love that the hotel is next to a lake and you can walk, sit and enjoy nature.

Tv didn’t have Netflix and when I asked, the lady politely said it wasn’t updated. But overall everything else was great.
