Check-in was seamless, which is nice at 11:45 p.m. when you're tired and just want to put your head on the pillow. Room was larger than average, with the sofa, and a suite set up which I did not expect for that price. The breakfast was all good, well kept, hot coffee, and they happen to be putting fresh biscuits out next to the gravy. I wanted to say thank you to the woman attending to the breakfast bar, but she was simply too busy making sure everything was filled up and fresh. At checkout, the front desk attendant was glad to fill my cooler up with ice from the kitchen for me, rather than having me go up to the third floor.

I absolutely loved the stay here they gave me privacy and everything I requested, and I had my dog with me and he was very well behaved and they didn’t give me any problems about it. The staff were very friendly and very helpful during this time, my father was passing away on hospice so this was a very difficult travel for me, but this hotel is absolutely the best place to stay. My biggest thankfulness is when you have the do not disturb sign up on your door. You can leave it up your entire state and they won’t get onto you. I cleaned up after myself and even took care of the room before I left, it just meant a lot because I needed the privacy to handle all the hardships that me and my family were going through so thank you to the employees at the Hyatt hotel while I stayed there especially the bartender that worked the night shifts you helped me get through this and I hope you’re doing OK as well. Thank you for everything.

the room was nice. VERY SPACIOUS. NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM . OVERALL THE STAFF WAS NICE. WE ENJOY THE BREAKFAST.

i think i was double charge for my room. when i arrive the receptionist stated that my room was cancelled due to my credit card was decline. i did not recieve any phone call or email stating that my card was declined. the phone in my room was not working. no microwave in the room. now looking at my statement, i notice the hotel charge me and so is the booking C ONLINE.

I loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect for where we needed to be. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff were so polite, friendly and welcoming! I would most definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. They did have one downstairs available for 24 hour use but me being pregnant and having to go downstairs to heat up food late at night was the only downfall.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. There were enough parking spaces for the vehicles. Breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like we didn't have a microwave in the room. There's not enough seats to eat in the dining area. I didn't like having to reach over the pots to get the food out of the pots. I think it would help if the food was in chafed dishes.

The breakfast was good. Not as much seating as needed because the hotel was very busy but the food and choices were great. The room was clean and large. We stayed in a kind with sofa bed and had plenty of space.

There was no microwave in the room. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived so we had to wait hours for it to be cool enough to use. The bathroom door lock was missing in the room we stayed in. The night manager was talking to an employee on the phone and getting on to them in front of guests. She wasn't very pleasant. The employee that checked us in was more than pleasant though. The next morning, the staff had a toddler with them while they worked. We were worried about all of the bad reviews from construction but it was completed just in time for our stay so we had an overall good experience.

The free breakfast was very good. Everything was kept full and the food was better than some other hotels. The grits were definitely way above par as was the biscuits and gravy. The employees working to keep the buffet full and clean were doing a very good job. But I did not see a tip jar anywhere, which is unusual. One tucked away to one side would not offend most people. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient.

Elevators

The staff were wonderful and so welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. It was a full hot breakfast and tastier than most hotels recently. Room was spacious, very comfortable. Beds were great and enjoyed having the living room area. Location was easy to get to. Right off the interstate.

There was a slight odor in room. Suspect someone had smoked in room despite it being designated as non smoking.

Great all around . Evening staff was very respectful and pleasant .

Older lady working breakfast area . Talking about the amount of food a customer had on her plate. The stay wasn’t cheap. So she should respect all customers that enter the dining /food area. Regardless if they don’t eat all the food they have on their plate. Think that was very rude comment she made.
